I definitely recommend this app! Yesterday, I faced some difficulties importing reviews and was pressed for time as I had to go to sleep. I reached out to Tracy, the support assistant at Avada, and sent her the reviews file. She promptly took care of it and uploaded the reviews herself, saving me a lot of effort. Tracy was incredibly supportive and kind. Big thanks to Avada and their excellent customer service, especially Tracy

I tried another review app but it went very badly. It was difficult to set up and kept crashing. Today I set up Air Product Reviews App & UGC with Mia's support and everything is working perfectly. Mia has been a great help and has been with me for as long as it took until everything was set up perfectly. Thank you very much Mia, for your patience and professionalism.

By far the best review app, and the support guys are just amazing, the response is very very quick and efficient specially the support girl named jade was amazing she was very quick to understand my problem and dealt with it right away. truly blown away from their services! i was having difficulty in some technical issue as i'm not the tech guy i couldn't understand what was wrong but they dealt with it right away and that too for FREE!

The application is very complete, its free version is very robust compared to others that are necessarily paid and the support is the best: Hana was attentive to my doubts, helped me to solve them and I could visualize my reviews.

Looking good so far, Mia and the entire staff have been very helpful, helping me customize the widgets to fit my store theme. Everything is really good out-of-the-box as well. This is the only app I've found so far that has a wide selection of attractive-looking widgets totally for free.
