I have been using Air Reviews for a while, I love the design of the different widgets that I can place on my store. It's very intuitive, and easy to use, I love the fact that it's not complicated at all. There are numerous functions and options for the reviews, with different customization choices. By the way, I had a small customization request for my store, and Hana from the customer service immediately replied to me in the chat, her colleague Toby was fast to add the customization I requested, the experience was very pleasant. I recommend this review's application and other Avada applications.

This app is fantastic and the customer service from hana has been 10/10. The whole process has been seamless from her from start to finish. Highly recommended

I was having trouble with exporting my reviews from a previous platform and Audrey helped me through the process. I had A LOT of questions and she was very patient with me. Eventually, we got all of the reviews of to the Air platform and in good working order. Thank you Audrey! Management, she deserves a promotion!

This is amazing app when you want to show review on your webpage. I am using this service for my shopify website and they do have great options to show reviews on website. Best part is there support team, these guys are amazing . I remember working on few issues with Audrey and she helped me to resolve them She is expert. :)

I just downloaded this app and I know it is going to be wonderful!! Amazing support from Hana who assisted in helping to install-extremely friendly, kind and helpful! This app is awesome and so is Hana!! Thank you soooo much!

Very fast and good support from Lydia and Maison. Had an issue and they fixed it in the matter of minutes. Definetly recommending this app for any newcomer.

I love all of Avada's products. They are easy to use, and when I've had any issue with any product, the customer service has been top tier! Tonight I was having trouble with star ratings showing beneath some of my product when there was no product review available yet. Hana looked into it for me and found that it was an issue with something within my shopify theme and not the Air app. She asked for collaborator permissions, which I granted and fixed the issue for me, rather than saying "not our problem." I am very pleased with both the products and the EXCELLENT customer service that they provide!

Really love this application so far. There is a lot of customization you can include to fit your branding that I haven't found in other review apps. In the beginning, I did encounter an issue setting up the application on my website due to coding issues (I assume). I reached out to Air's customer service team and Audrey was kind and very helpful getting the issue resolved. Great experience with Air!
