I haven't connected it to my store yet, but I was working with Esther and she was incredibly helpful with importing my reviews from a previous app I had been using. I am hoping to have everything up and running this evening.

I had Estha help me out with an issue about reviews of products displaying on my store. Estha helped me fix this very quickly and was very clear with instructions to figure this out.

I had a coding issue and contacted both shopify and Avada support. Both sides were committed to help me. Response time was with in minutes of me putting the help requests. I managed to figure out that the code problem was myself (placement of the Avada code in the Shopify snippet was the issue), but I do want to thank both Shopify support (Kemberly!) and Avada support (Liz!) for their super fast replies and even though I did manage to fix the code issue myself, I do appreciate both support teams! thanks!

I really enjoyed the air reviews app because its very easy to use and they have a 24/7 help services with a very great people. :}

The experience is incredible, I am from Peru, and it is the best review APP for my store, fully customizable and friendly. Also, congratulate them for the excellent quality of support and customer service, specifically thank Esther and Tony (technician) for their great detail help and for the quick and effective solutions (they deserve a salary increase). Thanks for your good work!!

I couldn't figure out how to add the review widget to my site and Emily was such a great help! She even added a carousel to my home page for me as well. I like this app a lot already .
