Emily was very helpful in fixing an issue where my reviews weren't visible because the text was the same color as the background and I was having issues trying to figure out how to solve this as it's not a direct option in the app!

I installed this app as it had Free plan available though but exceptionally very good user interface to manage all the things and there one place i was stuck but there support Hana Mia and Toby solved it for me within minutes A good app I must say.

The app is great. It is much better than other review apps that I have tried, and it contains many more features such as importing from Amazon, and it allows for greater customization. They also have really good support, and there is even a live chat. I received help from Audrey in the live chat, and she helped me with the issue I was having within a few minutes. I would recommend this app to anyone wanting to add reviews to their store.

This app is very helpful and their support is unbelievable. I recently installed the app on my Shopify store and ran into an issue with uploading CSV files. Thankfully, their support team was exceptional. I contacted them for help, and they replied within seconds. They swiftly resolved my issue and even completed the entire setup on my behalf within minutes. I didn't expect such efficient and helpful customer support. Avada Air Reviews truly exceeded my expectations and made the process incredibly easy. Highly recommend this app for its outstanding support!

We started using this since Dec 2023. We faced no issues until about 2 days ago when one of our customers alerted us that the review section is not showing any content or had disappeared altogether. Contacted the support team. Nolan and William was very helpful. They requested developer access and started working on the issue immediately. It was resolved in less than 3 hours.
