The app is excellent! The support is awesome and replies instantly, I got help from them on 2am in the morning within 2 minutes!

App does exactly what it says, was able to import reviews and they look great! Ester did an amazing job helping with the import, great customer service!

It's an easy to use, clean and beautiful app, I had a little problem while using it, thanks to Emily（艾米丽）, she helped me solve the problem quickly and we had a very smooth communication!

Anthea was exceptionably helpful in getting my issue resolved. Went out of their way to help me implement it into my website even though I had no idea what I was doing. Greatly appreciative of this app and their customer service. <3

Easy to set up. Had an issue with getting it to work with my theme in certain places but their customer service was very good at fixing my issue quickly. Would highly recommend.

The app is easy to use. The interface is friendly. With the app, it actually make my online store look more professional. If I have any issue, the staff will be right there online to help me to reslove the issue. Highly recommend!

This is now my 3rd app with Avada and their support team has been helpful every step of the way. Esther assisted me in my questions about installation of AirReviews and was wonderful

I only utilise the "Start Rating" & "Review Box" features, so this review will be based on that. Relatively simple to set up and manage. Not a whole lot of customizable options, but it does what it says. However for websites that use predominantly white text on black, you may find some text missing on the review input popup. However, customer service was prompt and efficient. Sent them a screenshot, a link and a short description of the issue, it was solved within 15 minutes. A shoutout to Esther for facilitating the fix.

So far so good! Recently started to use this app and I really excited about it! Also customer support very kindly answering to all questions, I had experience with consultant Esther :)

This app has 1 weakness: it can't be translated for multilingual stores, instead you can only choose one language. That said, I can't give anything less than 5 stars because the app is free and excellent. Great branding options and support staff is fast to answer questions. Integrates with shopify flow and other automation apps.
