The app works great for our needs. The product reviews work seamlessly, and the support has been absolutely wonderful. Sunny & their technician helped me with setting up this app to my to theme template quickly and effortlessly. The best thing is they offer sucha friendly service for FREE Cannot recommend this for your store enough! Thank you team. We hope to integrate with more of your services.

I recently had an issue with importing data, and I must say that Hana provided outstanding support. Just downloaded this app and they helped me upload and transfer reviews. Thankful for a free versions since shopify is removing their review app. Tiana was super helpful!

The online instructions for setup weren't working for me, so I hopped on their chat feature. Within 10 minutes or so someone came on to help and quickly offered to take over the installation for me, and I agreed. Esther did so quickly and seamlessly. She hung with me over the course of an afternoon over chat answering all my subsequent questions with clarity and efficiency. Definitely a top rate customer service offering solutions and rapid turnaround.

Before installing this app I did have questions about several features and permissions. I went on their website and chatted with Prakash who answered all my questions and earned my trust to move forward with the app installation. Upon installing it, I adjusted all my settings and the app integrated with my theme beautifully. Moments later I reached out to tech support through the App live chat and within a minute or two I was chatting with Prakash again and he was able to correct some features for me. I must say the experience with Avada, and Prakash has been amazing! Excellent customer service and very helpful. I wish the company continue to provide this kind of support and they will earn many customers and positive reviews.
