Airpower has been a lifesaver for our business! This app efficiently syncs data from Shopify to Airtable, making data management a breeze. Amazing app! It allows us create so much bespoke functionality via Airtable bases/automation/interfaces and replaces the need for a plethora of apps. We recently installed it on our second store after having so much success with it on our first. We've used for a number of years now to track detailed inventory for our print operation, and on our new store we use it to track commissions on profits and manage licenses - all of which syncs nicely back to Shopify. It basically brings the near infinite flexibility of Airtable to your Shopify store. We had a few teething problems when starting out and their support team was super-quick to respond with a resolution. It's really the cornerstone of managing our Shopify data - highly recommend.

Antonia and Daniel are amazing! They always go the extra mile to help out. Antonia even hopped on a call with me so quickly to resolve an issue we were having. You can really tell they care. I really cannot thank them enough. All app developers should be this responsive. In terms of the functionality of the app, it helps us operate our small shop tremendously.

Hey there! We used AirPower for a short period, but we found it to be so poorly optimized that it became a liability. Additionally, when we contacted customer support, the representative was extremely condescending, constantly talking over us and making our team feel foolish for asking basic questions. We wouldn't recommend using this app and using Relay once they come out with a Shopify integration.

We've been using airpower to sync our airtable to shopify for a few years now! It has honestly changed the game for our ecommerce company and we have been happy with the airpower features and services. We had some sync issues a few months ago (due to me changing some fields in airtable), and Antonia jumped on a call with me and helped us get back up and running quickly and helped optimize our syncs to work a little faster. Would definitely recommend airpower to other small ecommerce brands!

Extremely useful for power users with semi-decent understanding of relational data, excel, etc. Kind of pricy... but for the work I'm doing in AirTable, it's kind of worth it I think.

Love this app -- AirTable is incredibly helpful and AirPower's sync profiles make connecting a Shopify store super easy and very straightforward. Huge shout out to Antonia on their support team, they're always quick to reply and even proactively reached out more than once when they saw potential issue. Looking forward to using this app for a long time.

I agree with the other reviewers. It works but if there were another app, I'd switch. Pros: really nice way to manage large inventory with tons of parameters. Shopify admin UI isn't built for bulk editing. This is. Fairly elegant and dynamic solution. Customer service is fairly responsive though slow (days), and their best-fit customer is definitely someone tech savvy and capable of problem solving on their own. Cons: Extremely slow sync once you've got metafields and images in the mix. I have only 250 products and the sync is 30 mins+ every time. If you're trying to troubleshoot or have a workflow which requires sync (eg. any product with variants) it's untenable. I hope this will change/improve. For the monthly price I'd consider having someone build a custom solution for my needs.
Hi there, and thank you for the feedback. Our sync from Airtable to Shopify syncs data as fast as Shopify allows. Shopify has a limit of how much data you can send it, and this limit varies with the Shopify plan your store is on. The servers running our sync are very powerful and feed Shopify with data as fast as it will ingest it. Also, we don't know which data in Airtable has been updated and which has not. For this reason a lot of our users use an Airtable view for their tables to tell us exactly which rows we need to sync. So that we don't waste time syncing data that hasn't changed.

AirPower is a great Shopify and Airtable integrator that makes it easy to sync your data between the two platforms. I've been using it for a few months now, and I've been really happy with it. One of the things I like best about AirPower is how easy it is to use. With the Expanded Template the setup process is simple and the interface is very intuitive. AirPower also offers a lot of flexibility in terms of what data you can sync. You can sync products, orders, customers, and even inventory levels. In addition to being easy to use and flexible, AirPower also has great support. I've had a few questions about how to use the app and Antonia has been very helpful. Overall, I'm very happy with AirPower. It's a great way to sync your Shopify and Airtable data, and the support team is excellent. I highly recommend it.

Airpower is by far the most useful & powerful Shopify App I've used and have benefitted enormously by leveraging it's functionality in 2 separate e-commerce businesses over the last few years. There are so many things I simply could or would not have done due to the amount of extra resources it would have taken without being able to rely on this sync between Airtable & Shopify. And they have great support too - thanks for talking me through the images sync Antonia!

Works fine for me. Not really easy to set up, but doable. Support is really quick and helpful. So I could recommend.

I am giving this a 1 star rating for now, as the app seems abandoned to some extent. This is a warning for new users. The support will answer (and is generally quite quick) but features and sync fields are slowly being deprecated. Despite the GraphQL api now being the superior api, there seems little willingness to support it. This means that basic fields such as product type is no longer supported. Metafields are supported by they will slow down the sync to a halt. It will literally take you 6+ hours to finish a sync, if you have a fair amount of metafields and products. This is also something use of the GraphQL api would alleviate. This is a huge thing, as Shopify is betting on metafields in a big way. All in all the app does function but you will bear a large cost tying yourself to this app down the line, as it looks right now. I hope in the future that I can come back and change this rating.
Hello. As mentioned in our conversations with you, no, the app is by no means "abandoned". In general we have to move slowly when introducing new sync data elements. We sync millions of items per day for our clients and every change has to go through extensive testing, as any downtime has massive and immediate implications for our client stores. And no, fields like product type are not going away - the GraphQL API has a different way of setting it. Finally, metafields take time to sync irrespective of which of the two APIs you use. When syncing data to Shopify AirPower always pushes data as fast as Shopify will allow within its rate limits.

Airtable-to-Shopify sync doesn't work, you just get a bunch of errors. Conventiently, none of their videos or help articles cover Airtable to Shopify inventory management. Support is also poor and nonexistent. They claim to help you get up set quickly, but their team is completely unesponsive.
Hi there. Very sorry that you found our support poor, but you messaged us the evening of December 24th, Christmas Eve. We were unable to reply that very second as our support team was spending time with family. We then scheduled a call with you, but you did not show up. We then emailed you to give us another time to speak, but you have not replied to any of our emails.

Super impressed with this product and team. We have 4 shopify stores that we brought all together with Airpower and Airtable. This has been super helpful to get a grip on all of our data in one place and perform bulk operations. For instance, we just created synced 30+ collections with images and descriptions to our stores. The product works perfectly when setup. Antonia from the support team has been super helpful. She has jumped on calls with us, been responsive to support requests, and has helped us get everything stood up quickly. I recommend this product to anyone looking to bring multi-store management together. Airpower has been game changing for us
