The best customer relation I ever seen. It is above all expectations. Their team is helping me to set up everything while we are under a lot of workload and it is a top-end support they are offering. The features feels unlimited and very well done. This app may be the number one on Shopify in a few years because of their ability to make such a great product, but more over with a perfect set up team wich is the key for ecommerce actors. Bravo !

They have everything you need to run a successful store. Their review and rewards features are fantastic, and have helped me get more sales. Every time I have a question, they are very quick to respond, and will set things up for me in minutes. I save so much time and money with their apps, I can't recommend them highly enough! I have tried using other apps and they don't compare. I definitely recommend using AI Trillion, it will improve your store and help your sanity!

Honestly half of the 1-star reviews are just complaining. Never recieved hidden charges, Im using their free plan as I scale, and their features are amazing for 45/month. Saved me about 4 apps all in this one software. very good

I found it incredibly easy to set up and use. Its comprehensive tools feel like they were made to simplify my work, and I love how seamlessly everything integrates. I’m replacing my current email marketing platform with it and plan to use several modules to streamline my business. It’s exactly what I needed in one place!

We just finished installing AiTrillion on our Shopify store. The loyalty program was very easy to set up -- the interface is intuitive and the support team was incredibly helpful when I hit a few stumbling blocks. AiTrillion helped me build a great landing page too! We have used another email marketing service for years and were nervous to switch everything to AiTrillion, but we decided to give it a shot. It was easy to export our contacts, and the email builder was intuitive and would be familiar to anyone who has used an email marketing builder before. Our first campaign went off without a hitch, and we are thrilled to have everything in one place. We are looking forward to using AiTrillion's analytics as we go forward, and we are really excited to start building our workflows to engage our loyalty customers. Our experience has been 10/10 so far, and we are grateful for the friendly, timely, expert customer support provided by Hritik, Ankit and Reena. A top notch team!

After a very bad experience with another developer, I turned to the AIT team. In a very short time, they revamped and turned our website from a dull and stagnant site into a vibrant, entertaining, and easy to navigate shop. The AiTrillion team has been a massive help to our company from the beginning of our working together. We had a very unique problem set that we laid out to the team and they have been hitting each metric one by one that we have requested. Because of all of the great communication, the willingness to meet with us (even sometimes on weekends) and the ability to rise to the demand we placed on their software should be HIGHLY regarded! We have been altering the software for about a month straight and are just about to launch it. As of now, i would give the company 6 stars if I could. Updates to follow!

I had no clue what I was signing up for when I added this app to my online store. Email marketing was what I was looking for but needed major help as I had no clue what to do after uninstalling two previous apps. Fireworks went off when I saw all of the features available with AiTrillion. For a brief moment I was overwhelmed. If I could not figure out the previous app, what in the world am I going to do with all of this. And then a little birdie popped in my email and said they can set it all up for me, AND DID! Followed with a zoom call to explain to me what I had available for my new store with more assistance to offer. I am ecstatic about this gem in the app store and what it is about to do for my business. I would definitely suggest them with their outstanding customer service.
