We haven't been using AiT for very long just yet, but I've been quite impressed with their support. From the generous choices for meeting times to their abundance of knowledge, their team seems to know their stuff! This is a great suite of tools to get your store above the competition. We were able to remove 5 other apps and use just this one. That helped greatly with site load speed. We where helped with the onboarding and they got us all up and running. Great support and fast communication, we worked the most with Namit. Did many zoom calls with him. Total hand holding to get it all up and working. The best part of the app is they are still adding and developing. So we are very excited too see what the future holds for AiTrillion!

Just a great app, have been using for 6 months now and the team are quick to respond to any issues. Reena helped me for over an hour today as we had updated our theme and it wiped the app, she also recommended a few new features to showcase the store and the reviews.

Amazing platform! We set up our loyalty program, email, and pop-ups very easily. They also have the best support team, are always available, and able to jump on Zoom calls when necessary. I am looking forward to using this platform to keep growing my business.

Still in the testing phase and working on getting everything set up and customized, but so far, this app seems to be great. Rishav and his team have been absolutely phenomenal with the level of technical support and customer service they provide! I'm not a tech-savvy person, but they have been so patient, kind, and understanding, and have been great at understanding my needs to have things set up like I want. AiTrillion is a great app that is backed by an amazing team for technical and customer support!
