Angel helped me get all set up and was very responsive to my needs!! Give her a raise! Now it's time to restart with Ali after 10 years and see if my experience this time is as great as the last! Once again, I run into an obstacle that had me so stressed and Angel got me through it in a breeze. She's an...Angel, lol. I was ready to quit and she made it seem so easy and we blew right through my stressful issue, she's literally the epitome of customer service and the reason I will continue to use Ali!

I have not yet imported product, but have found the customer service to be excellent. I love the fact that I can half shipping speed to the UK by using DSM and have not found any non-subscription service that can do this before finding DSM. I am looking forward to my business' future with DSM.
