Allerdings haben wir einige Erwartungen an das Unternehmen. Wir sollten in der Lage sein, die Produkte, die unsere Kunden an uns zurücksenden, an das Unternehmen zurückzugeben. Es wäre besser, wenn es keine Abonnementgebühr gäbe. Wir möchten außerdem, dass das Unternehmen die Lagerbestandsinformationen der Produkte aktualisiert, die wir vom Unternehmen herunterladen.

Le service client est vraiment rapide et efficace par tchat. Par contre l'anglais est la langue de mise pour discuter avec l'entreprise. Si votre anglais n'Est pas parfait et qu'il vous manque du vocabulaire ils seront en mesure de rechercher à vous aider malgré tout via traduction de vos messages.
