I Recommend this app. I have had an issue with cancelling an order and Angel walked me through how to do it via chat, which made it super easy and time efficient. They are very knowledgeable at what they do.

As always, they are knowledgeable, know what the user needs and assist them in that to solve the concerns.

I am just starting and it can be a bit overwhelming having a chat box that you can't get close while exploring information. Chat box can't be closed unless you actually chat with someone from the company. There is not even anywhere easy to find to click submit for this review. The agent was good in handling my chat though. Professional enough not to get flustered with me.

I really like this service. Their chat help is top-notch. I haven't had any orders yet so I'm not positive how seamless it is which is why the 4 stars.

It is fairly easy to learn and navigate everything , I didn't know about the inventory refreshing/updating every 12 hours. So it's useful to know that you shouldn't rely on the app for accurate stock info.

Has a good client service, with a quick response. The only thing is that the system to Puerto Rico is a bit difficult to find stuff with a low shipping cost.
