It hasnt been great! Doesnt always make sense or even do what the listing syas it will for shipping etc but this time when I needed help the customer service rep was amazing today! Thank You

i was reached from Stacey on whatsapp some week ago, after a weak experience from another supplier (i'm italy based) that worked for me for 3 months. from a day to another he abandon me with poor specification (covid issue and other similar excuses). all of us know issue about shipping item from a country to another, but if you have a reliable supplier like them, fast quotation, fast reply (be careful with time zone :D) and especially nice supplier (as Stacey in my case), you can tell "i have found a good supplier for my store". Good platform, easy to use, and very good price quotation for the shipping method. DSM? Good choice for me! TOP.

They have personal whatsap support, available every day, I haven't seen this in any other app. just amazing. If I cloud give 10 stars I would, they deserve it, definitely recommend these guys.
