I paid $150 for this app and completed a Zoom walkthrough where I was assured my Amazon listings would sync with Shopify. Despite going through every product with support and being told it would be fixed, my Amazon store still shows zero inventory and nothing is syncing. It's been weeks, and this has been a complete disaster! This app has caused me more stress than anything else in my business lately. Switching to another integration now feels like starting over completely. I would not recommend this app unless you want to waste time, money, and lose sales while waiting for support that doesn’t follow through.

We've been using this app for years to fulfill orders and sync inventory, and it has been consistently reliable. Everything runs smoothly, and the app performs exactly as expected. Customer service is responsive, helpful, and quick to resolve any questions. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a dependable solution.

The app works great for us to connect our Amazon orders but mainly to have an app automatically send the tracking information back to Amazon. Had one issue with orders not coming through because we had too many, and Keterson was able to help me import all the missed orders in no time!

Great App and amazin customer support! Immediate reply and willingness to help and resolve any issues or problems you may have. I currently have Basic plan with Amazon Europe conencted to my Shopify Store. Everythnig works flawlessly and my orders are pulled from Amazon Europe stores (Netherlands, Sweden, Poland and Belgium) at the moment. Harvey from Support Team was EXCELLENT! responded to me at 3:30am (I had to stay up and work late to get all my work done). No company out there would do that for you- at least I never had such luck. I explained my issue that I wanted to connect Amazon Ireland store and Haarvey took care of that right away over Chat!!! I rarelyu leave reviews but these guys deserve it and so much more. If there was a way to leave 10 stars, I would. Thank you Common Services (CS Amazon Product Sync)- have not had such an amazing experience in a long time! Bes regards, Jon, World By Shotglass

This app sent a cancelled order to Amazon for fulfillment after I downloaded the trial. The app never worked to set Shopify products fulfilling at Amazon with a new location or stock quantities. Customer service was very slow to respond and not helpful.

Ich fange gerade erst an die APP zu nutzen, aber muss sagen sie bietet alles was man braucht. Ich würde sie jedoch nicht unbedingt kleinen Händlern mit wenig Erfahrung empfehlen, da die Einstellungen recht umfangreich sind und Anfänger "überfordern". Wenn man Ahnung im E-Commerce hat und eine gute, kostengünstige APP mit vielen Möglichkeiten sucht, ist sie sehr gut. Für unsere Umstellung von FBA auf FBM genau richtig! Der Support ist auch sehr hilfreich und gut erreichbar.

Excellent app for syncing to amazon with brilliant customer service. Shout out to Keterson who helped tremendously with all of Amazon's requirements which aren't always easy to understand.

This app is great with syncing Shopify products to Amazon! Supports are very nice and patient and gives detailed assistance and even offers onboarding sessions. Very helpful.

Haben jetzt 4 Wochen versucht unsere Schnittstelle umzubauen auf Grund von Änderungen bei uns und Amazon mit zwei verschiedenen Apps. Diese App haben wir als drittes ausprobiert und zack nach ca. 48 Stunden waren die Artikel gelistet. Klar gab es auch zwischen durch Probleme, wie zum Beispiel bei einem Feld, welches von Amazon nicht akzeptiert wurde auf Grund eines ungültigen Formates. Chat-Support angeschrieben und es hat keine 6 Stunden gedauert und der Fehler war behoben! Also ganz klare Empfehlung für die App!
