Reportei um erro anteriormente e foi-me indicado pela vossa equipa que o problema iria ser resolvido. No entanto, cerca de uma hora depois desse contacto, o meu acesso ao suporte e ao dashboard da aplicação foi bloqueado sem qualquer explicação. Neste momento: * não tenho acesso ao dashboard da app; * não consigo contactar o suporte através dos canais habituais; * não tenho visibilidade sobre o estado da integração com a Amazon. Esta situação é extremamente preocupante, especialmente porque ocorreu após eu ter reportado um problema. Solicito, com urgência: * esclarecimento sobre o motivo do bloqueio; * restabelecimento imediato do acesso à aplicação; * confirmação se existe algum problema ou restrição associada à minha conta. A minha operação está a ser diretamente afetada, pelo que agradeço uma resolução rápida.

03/21/2026: This app could be great if it has better support and prompt response with issues. Waiting for over 5-6 weeks and still don't have any solution for theyr system/technical problems. This app could be good if Harvey and Keterson could be prompt in responding to support questions. We are stuck for days with questions and not knowing how to fix the issues. I was asked to remove my bad and frustration reviews before. This time, I would warn everyone to beware. Give yourself a week to time if you want support or have questions, and are willing to wait until they get back to you. 2/16/26: We scheduled a call with support 5 days in advance and no-showed. No response on the chat.

I searched for this app in Shopify and it automatically downloaded without my clicking "approve". I clicked "cancel" instead and closed the window and it is sitting there, operational and ready to bill me. Now I will uninstall this app because that is pretty scary. VERY long arms there, Amazon.

Inventory continues to be integrated wrong and app does not do what it shoud.

I paid $150 for this app and completed a Zoom walkthrough where I was assured my Amazon listings would sync with Shopify. Despite going through every product with support and being told it would be fixed, my Amazon store still shows zero inventory and nothing is syncing. It's been weeks, and this has been a complete disaster! This app has caused me more stress than anything else in my business lately. Switching to another integration now feels like starting over completely. I would not recommend this app unless you want to waste time, money, and lose sales while waiting for support that doesn’t follow through.

This app sent a cancelled order to Amazon for fulfillment after I downloaded the trial. The app never worked to set Shopify products fulfilling at Amazon with a new location or stock quantities. Customer service was very slow to respond and not helpful.

I was really looking forward to using this with my Shopify store but all i get is error messages, tried to validate a different card but then couldn't assign all the market places in one go and they charged me for the privilege of trying to do so each time. added products but can't complete as the old card isn't validated even though the new one is!! road block after road block for trying to set something up that should be simple. I understand the checks but it doesn't help when nothing works on the mobile app or through Shopify!!!

not good, i was really looking forward to connecting through this app. too many obstacles (need a professional amazon seller central acc, need account verification, need to sync and assign all countries, error codes when trying to connect through feed.biz, could not get the feed.biz to change to uk kept defaulting to US) too much hassle to continue

Die Integration mit meinem Shop funktioniert nicht. Ständig kommt eine Meldung: "invalid". Auch der Chat antwortet seit 1 Stunde nicht, in keinster Weise! Schrecklich.

I found this app quite difficult to understand. There are too many steps, and the process isn’t user-friendly. It seems like they’re just trying to make more money by charging for customer support, which feels unfair. I expected better guidance without needing to pay for help. Disappointed.

Sadly this product is junk. Tried to sync orders and there's no way to select the Amazon products for which sales should sync to Shopify. Confusing and doesn't work. Save your time and skip this one.

Do not waste your time and money with this app! Bad service and no help. Wasted 3 months trying to work with their support and even paid money to have them set it up for us, and finally, we gave up and switched to another app.
