Amazon does not care at all about their Amazon MCF customers. They are the lowest priority and Amazon doesn't fulfill our products or give any update to the customer until the last day. Recently, they imported all of our products under the wrong sku. Mistakes are ok, but then they gave us a random date that was 6 weeks out and said they wouldn't even investigate that they were sending our customers the wrong sku until the date passes. So they have been sending incorrect shipments out to our customers and have told us they won't care about that shipment until after the 6 weeks passes. I wouldnt recommend MCF to any business.

Excellent! So much faster than any other 3rd party app available on here and it's FREE! You'll notice a lot of the negative review are on the MCF service more than the app, well, I can say (as of Sept 2024) they're recently upgraded all of their shipping speeds as well. I don't know why anyone would pay for a 3rd party app when this one is available and works like a charm! I've never once had to reach out for support like I have with the other apps.

MCF is the worse. They don't ship your orders on time, no support, no help, after they don't ship on time and deliveries are not received on the days promised, customers are mad and will not use shop with you again. **If you call into support then email someone and you have to wait days for answers. In the mean time your order is still not shipped and when you try to cancel it because they failed to ship on time they will not allow you to cancel the order. This is the repeat problem: They fail to ship on time. The order to your customer will not arrive on time for the wedding, baby reveal, or funeral. So then you have to ship the product yourself by EXPRESS OVERNIGHT and pay hundreds of dollars to keep your promise to your customers. You then have spent all this money and Amazon still will ship THAT original order late and will not allow you to cancel the order. So you have shipped double the order amount and pay both Amazon and on your own for excess shipping charges to get a customers order to them on time. This has happened more times than I can count. IF YOU VALUE your customers on your site or other sales channels DO NOT USE MCF. They do not ship on time, orders do not arrive on time and you CAN NOT rely on them. MCF will not fill the order if an Amazon FBA order is opened at the same time. Amazon FBA takes priority over MCF. Read all the bad reviews online about this mess. I WILL NOT USE MCF ever again. Stick 10 (not strike 3), I'm out and so is MCF. I wish someone would have told me!!!!
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Our shipping SLAs only apply to items that are already stowed within Amazon fulfillment centers. With the Amazon MCF app, we display only available inventory in Shopify that is ready to ship and orders can route to MCF for fulfillment right when the order is placed to further reduce shipping time. The primary reason I've only given 2 stars to this app is the lack of support for it. In 4 days of trying, I still can't get any. Five days ago a customer placed two orders. I sent in a request for fulfillment. FBA never acknowledged it. (Meaning, it doesn't even show up as "pending"). So the order is stuck. I can't cancel the order in Shopify because I've already requested fulfillment. And since FBA has no record of the order, there's nothing I can do on their end to resolve the issue.

IF you get the chance to work with SONJA, you will be in great hands. I'm writing this because she's been working with us for years and with Amazon for nearly a decade and goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for you. I recommend this app, but especially if you can have the pleasure of working with her.

The ability to seamlessly add fulfillment capabilities to your Shopify store in just about an hour is impressive. The integration process was straightforward, and I found the instructional video helpful while configuring it. Thank you!

We are having major issues with amazon mcf and their warehouses. Be prepared for the folllowing: 1) to lose 20% of your inventory 2) The amazon mcf does not show the inventory from amazon seller platform 3) almost zero responses from Amazon MCF and amazon itself 4) Most likely will lose your a lot of your customers

The app works as it should. In other words we shouldn't rave when something works like it is designed. What doesn't work though, are Amazon's policies when they lose packages. They can deliver a package to an address that has been demolished. They can deliver packages to next door neighbours, or they can just mark packages as delivered without said delivery. And then when one raises a case they say that oh well according to our policy if it is marked as delivered then we cannot reimburse.

The team behind MCF has been top-notch out of the gate - shoutout to Justin! Overall, pleased with the app and will stay tuned for future enhancements.

If you sell on Amazon and want to use MCF to ship your website orders, stop thinking about it and install this app. It is FREE and it is made by Amazon. This is the only MCF app you need. I've used others, that charged $25/mn for the same features. Why pay more? As sellers, we pay enough in fees already. Just make sure your "auto-fulfilment" settings are turned on within Shopify or you will have to manually approve and send each order to MCF.

Amazon MCF Shopify App is an excellent solution for our growing multi-channel business by simplifying inventory management and allowing us to do order processing smoothly and seamlessly. Setup is very easy with a simple way to map SKUs between our Shopify store and Amazon Storefront. The speed to deliver to our consumers has exceeded expectations with our inventory optimized over Amazon's many fulfillment centers around the country. Amazon can process our orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; whereas our prior 3PL operated business hours during the week and limited hours on Saturday for an extra fee! Amazon MCF has given us the ability to easily process orders on both desktop and mobile operating systems and order flow and consumer emails are automated. The added bonus is if there is an issue or question I have with an order, an Amazon rep is a phone call or a chat box away, even at 2am! The net result is our speed and efficiency processing orders has increased and our customers so far have been reaping the benefits of our delivery times being cut in half due to Amazon MCF. What used to take up to 2-3 business days of processing and 5-7 business days to deliver, has now become: Order placed on Saturday, Delivered on Monday! Alito our customer’s delight. Oh, plus, Amazon’s support team contacted us to give us great ideas to make MCF work for us even more with “kitting” and “bundling” programs and Buy with Prime (free delivery for Prime members). A+++

We are a small company and having Amazon handle the logistics of our online orders has been wonderful. It is much easier to send products to them and not have to worry about the rest!

Overall, the integration into Amazon's system is excellent. The orders flow through and are processed quickly. My customers have been extremely happy with the service! Sonja with Amazon MCF has also been a tremendous help!

The apps is convenient to connect between shopify and amazon, and as many people mentioned its great that is free.

The Amazon MCF works perfectly with the store, allowing the FBA fulfillment. It only works for USA. Hopefully, it will be available for Canada and Europe soon.
