App is bugging, E-Mail support takes days to answer, deleted the app and the app functions are still in my shop. Do not download!

It would be great to allow additional sections in the cart offer, enabling discounts to be applied to specific products — not just the total price. Otherwise, everything works very well.

I just got the app but appreciate that the app and loyalty membership is free especially as a new business. The interface is beginner friendly and easy to use. Set everything up in under an hour.

This app literally doesn't work, main problem is with rewards and discounts, support takes 2 weeks for any action. UPDATE. app totally stopped working

Meanwhile, the app is functioning normally without any issues. If you're still experiencing problems, we kindly recommend checking via an Incognito window to rule out any local caching issues. Very buggy and waiting for customer support to help, very no responsive
