You keep on resetting my settings and finally the apps is not enabled properly

App is bugging, E-Mail support takes days to answer, deleted the app and the app functions are still in my shop. Do not download!

This app literally doesn't work, main problem is with rewards and discounts, support takes 2 weeks for any action. UPDATE. app totally stopped working

Easy to use and great customer support

User beware! When you use this app to promote a spending tier to get free shipping, it will generate an automatic coupon code every month that will give the order free shipping, even if you already have free shipping tiers set up. HOWEVER, if you don't manually go in every month to limit how much shipping to give away for free, all of your customers can select higher tier shipping (e.g. $40+ Priority Express) and the coupon code will work! NONE of this is documented nor alerted to you in the settings menu for the app. The pulldown just says "free shipping". It is ridiculous that an app that is "built for Shopify" can't hook into your pre-existing parameters for free shipping. More egregious is that it has to generate a code every month for it to work. And that to limit how much shipping it gives away, it seems like you need to manually limit the code every single month. Just a colossal failure in UX. Luckily the app only managed to lose me $40 just one time. Oh and support has not responded after 48 hours. Not great UX there, either.
Hi Tom, Currently, our app uses Shopify's official Discount API, which does not support excluding specific shipping methods like the $40+ Priority Express option in your case. We suggest exploring the two alternatives mentioned in our previous email. On our end, we will work on improving our in-app UI to better reflect this limitation. Forces you to install a chrome extension that will "read and edit all websites". When a browser extension can read and change data on all websites, it means that the extension has permission to access and modify any information displayed on any website that the user visits. This can include personal information such as login credentials, credit card details, and other sensitive data that a user may enter while browsing the Internet. Such permissions are often granted to extensions that provide certain functionalities but can also be misused by malicious actors to steal user data or spread malware.

The Chrome extension is only used to help analyze and configure the store theme correctly during setup. The permission wording is a standard Chrome requirement for extensions that interact with Shopify themes across different store pages. The extension is not designed to collect personal browsing data, payment information, or sensitive customer information. idea is good but to use this app needs chrome ext, so for me its useless

Useless app nothing was working! Cannot deserve 1 star as well. Nothing is happening! Tried changing the sliding cart. Still remains same.

Bad app. It automatically published things to our cart page on our live theme..... without our consent... Had to uninstall. I don't recommend it. Now i will have to check if it has left some code/script as well...
