I had a relatively large issue with the app on Black Friday and wrote a review. They went above and beyond to make up for the issue. Other then the issue on black Friday the app has worked just fine.

one of the greatest apps I've recently discovered. we did a quick split test over a week and drove a few thousand visitors to two almost identical stores - the result was amazing! using this on all stores now!

Installation was simple....so the review is purely for the installation. Hopefully the abandoned cart reminder automation brings in sales. Would rather have reviewed the app in four weeks time, but purely for the installatin, it's as easy as it gets.

Amazing. I've had two other platforms attempt to run my cart recovery emails and this platform is hands down the most effective. Love the layout of the email templates and the ease of setup. I'm going to move from the free trial to the paid plan. This app is worth checking out.
