The problem with this app is they count on your forgetting that over time this app will cost more and more regardless if your income goes up or not because its based on the size of your customer database which grows with time even if your income stays the same. So you can start out paying $29 and over a few years even with no increase in income it'll end up being well over $100. Also these price tiers they list are misleading, they increase far more incrementally, roughly ever 500 customers the price increases, regardless if your sales have increased or not. And while this app may seem worth it at $29 its certainly not worth it as the price goes up and up with no additional service. The best way to avoid THIS SINK HOLE is to just pick out a different app with a different price structure.

Site keeps asking me to have them verify shopify account. After around 10 requests with no action I GIVE UP! Poor customer service.

Hi there, there is a 7 day free trial for the Pro plan which starts at $29 per month and varies based on the number of contacts. The Pro plan helps you see the full features of the app. If you don't want the Pro plan you can downgrade to the Free plan at any time. If you downgrade before your free trial ends you won't be charged at all. We also have a 30 day money back guarantee. Update: We reached out to this customer and did not hear back.

Bait and switch. They say we have a $29 plan but its really a $200 plan. Dont add contacts at the start, you might have better luck

Update Nov 29, 2021: We start all stores on a 7-day trial of the Pro Plan and the Free Plan can be selected before it expires. Charges are based on the plan you choose as well as the total of contacts that you have. I would give them 0 stars if I could. You created a perfect cart abandoned email and send it to your customers. But you DO NOT HAVE ANY DATA about your emails and conversion info. I even made my own excel form to ask their developers to send me the data I was supposed to have. DO NOT USE THEM. Terrible experience.

Good customer support. Terrible billing and subscription set up! I was Charged a significant amount without prior knowledge to being subscribed. Be very careful when using this app and PROCEED WITH CAUTION!

App ‘recovered’ £30 worth of sales and charged us over £250 for usage fee. This is extremely ridiculous. The free plan is highly misleading and these hidden costs are not shown to you in any way shape or form.

App works great. But their new billing is not worth it. They charged us based on the amount of contacts we have in our database, not sales recovered. So we got charged based on sales we had years ago and still have the contact information in our database. This app has nothing to do with those sales and it is not worth it.

Charged $99USD for the app, when I barely used it Was uninstalled as quick as installed yet a charge was applied? Will be requesting a refund as a cost such as this is quite inflated for no sales generated for abandoned carts via this app.

MUST READ !!! Consistent Cart takes credit for a sale if the customer completes their purchase within 72 hours of when the app sends them an abandoned cart email. Regardless of if they see the email or not. Be careful! It says "Monthly fee scales with the extra sales generated". I'm getting charged $49/mth but after analysis I found that 70% of "extra sales generated" were not generated by this app. I analysed my Consistent Cart Dashboard and here are the results... ➞ 40% of "extra sales generated" - recovery email was never opened by the customer. ➞ 30% of "extra sales generated" - were made by customers that were in contact with my customer service team and purchased after speaking to them. About half of these customers never even opened their emails. ➞ 30% of "extra sales generated" - are probably genuine. They do offer a few things that I really like but I am currently searching for another app made by a developer that is more honest with the abilities of their app.

This app hasn't been working for me and customer service has been very, very slow to respond or solve the problem. The set up seems nice but the chat in the app doesn't work well and they don't understand the Shopify integration. Don't waste your time or money.

Installed app to use the free Persistant Shopping Cart feature. Unbeknownst to me, the app changed to paid version. Never used any of the paid tools, did not get a full refund (only refunded 1 month). Be cautious when installing and read the fine print.

Horrible do not use... they billed me 29 dollars even though i uninstalled and canceled way before the free trial was up. Inconsistent add to cart and cart tracking did not match whatsoever with what shopify was seeing.

Pretty much worthless. Emails signup do not sync to shopify email list. Messenger notification does not work. App say email sent for cart abandonment but they weren't. Contacted support about the issues and a support ticket was "Created". Never heard anything back on those tickets. Look for a different solution...
