Love how simple it works. Very little effort for lot's of information and actions. Recovered orders on very 1st day, looking forward to more conversions and insights into customer behaviours. Well done Give it a try, it won't bite you

So far so good...got my first rescued abandoned cart in the first week. What's really interesting is that the rescued cart was one that Shopify did not have recorded...which means they are not only rescuing carts - but identifying more abandoned carts than Shopify. Great value app...that actually does pay for itself. Which means more opportunities for revenue :-)

I love that I can see what has been added to the cart on a daily basis, whoever leaves an email then gets an abandoned cart notification. It's the best!

Not using this app is like giving money away. Within a few days of having this app, we realize how valuable this app was. Simple to install and fully automated, you will be amazed at just how much revenue this app will get returned to your store.

This app and company has gone massively downhill. When we first installed this app years ago it was a cart recovery tool. Since then it has been reinventing itself as other things relating to marketing but whilst doing do they have messed up on more than one occasion. They moved us to some horrendously priced plan when they made the first big shift, we had to complain and apply for a refund, we were then reverted back to our old plan. The second time we had an issue they had again upgraded the software, but when they did this they reverted our account back to default cart recovery, removing our custom messaging and colour schemes without our knowledge. Most recently we have found that the app was blocking our add to cart button and making it perform poorly on mobile, we have just deleted this app and all our problems are solved, the add to cart is working again, and this horrible app is now gone. We would advise to look elsewhere for cart recovery!

Fantastic and must have app. Retargeting abandoned carts has never been so easy. We were also pleasantly surprised at the additional info it provides on shop activity, above what even Shopify gives. Plus, there's a few added goodies to help steer customers your way. Every bit helps. Great job guys!

Fantastic app. Already recovered R6000 in abandoned sales and we haven't tried the full features yet. Would definitely recommend it to other e-commerce businesses.

No issues with installation and works as expected. Have recovered quite a few carts as a result of this app already.
