Awesome company! Have recently moved to Amplified to enhance our customer experience and so far from the layout, possibilities and excellent customer service I really can't fault these guys! Thank you for being here :)

El Live Activity que utiliza esta plataforma es Brutal, además la atención al cliente y la facilidad de poder hacer flows automatizados y campañas de mail marketing es asombrosa, Lo Recomiendo A Todo El Mundo ya sea Junior o Senior en Marketing!

La aplicación es sin duda la mejor app de shopify para poder ver en vista real la actividad de mi e-commerce así como programar todos los flows automatizados de recuperación de carrito, post compra...

Support here is incredible. I was able to pick up the phone and have a very helpful rep within 2 minutes. He solved my problem immediately and was very professional and eager to solve my issues. I highly recommend this company.

Einzige App, mit der man auch mit kleinem Budget sehr gutes E-Mail und SMS Marketing mit Segmenten machen kann! Sind sehr zufrieden. Die SMS Anbindung über Twilio ist ebenfalls sehr gut, da die Preise dort sehr tief sind.

Over time bots had been padding our email list with fake customers (and we did not know it). When we discovered the issue, we had over 900 bad email addresses in our database causing a huge bounce rate. Working with the team at Amplified was the solution. After identifying the problem they assisted us in removing all the fake customers from our email list, a huge help! We are now sending emails again to our customers and looking good. The staff at Amplified were professional and immediately took action to help solve our issue. Thanks again.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I must've downloaded this app right at the beginning which was just for abandoned carts, and then it grew into this full flown self sufficient app, which is so simple to use and i have never even considered a replacement for this app, because it does so much. Great support staff who are always available to solve any issue.

At first, I had a few issues with the app, but Judith Castro went above and beyond to ensure all my concerns were addressed. She showed me that, as a business, they genuinely care about your business' well-being and being able to thrive. I am very thankful that Judith stayed consistent with my issues and turned this into a positive experience. The customer service is excellent, and so is this application itself. I switched over from Klaviyo to Amplified. My emails are easily and super quickly delivered to my customers. As someone who is not an expert in graphic design, I rely heavily on templates. Amplified has tons of templates to start with that are easily customizable and visibly appealing to my customers. Even if you are starting from scratch, it is straightforward to create an email. My only regret with this application is that I have not utilized it enough in the many months I have had it. I highly recommend this email marketing platform and am glad I found it. Thanks again, Judith and everyone else I have spoken to.

Muy buen servicio. Intentar dejar las campañas antes del viernes porque creo que no las pueden verificar los fines de semana. Entre semana, un chat activo que funciona perfectamente y te contestan y ayudan muy rápido.

Works pretty well, great for abandoned cart flows. We keep having the issue of campaigns not sending out as they should, though. edit: changed to 5 stars, as campaign delivery issues appear to be solved. Super easy to use when creating campaigns, good templates and fast customer service.
