Pretty much worthless. Emails signup do not sync to shopify email list. Messenger notification does not work. App say email sent for cart abandonment but they weren't. Contacted support about the issues and a support ticket was "Created". Never heard anything back on those tickets. Look for a different solution...

Nothing special, not worth $30 a month at all. I don't see why this app costs so much, it doesn't do anything that a lot of cheaper apps can do (probably better at that). The customer service is pretty much nonexistent. If you message them on a Friday don't expect them to get back to you until Monday, and don't expect them to fix any of your issues either (of which I've had multiple). They even had an option to extend the free trial that I messaged them about, and they told me it's no longer an option. I would look elsewhere if you're trying to save your abandoned carts.

After checking various metrics, I too have come to the conclusion that this company / app is generating fake carts and giving you miss information. I'm guessing they are generating all the fake 5-star reviews as well.

New update is not working, they caused our site to be down for hours as well. In addition, the notifications are wrong - completed sales are marked as abandoned carts, and some additions are not accurate. Its now lagging very badly as well, causes issues... not liking this anymore at all. Will look for a better solution. UPDATE REVIEW - still a horrible application - it shut down our store. If a customer comes back more than once it counts as an "add to cart" they fake visitors and cart additions, and in my opinion do this so you think you have possible conversions. Unreliable and false information. DO NOT use (just my personal recommendation)

I found very questionable figures in my metrics. I took several screen shots of what they said I had in "recovered sales" and what I actually had in their reports. I am disappointed this app has screwed me. They claim I had 12,500 in recoveries and my report said $212. Although we do have 100,000 a month in sales... Their report shows otherwise. Message me to discuss. You never respond. I will delete the app at the end of this month and report the fraud to Shopify for sales figure scamming.

Although the app is good but we had to uninstall it. The app pricing has gone up 200%?? And just before we uninstall it, their system suggested that there is an "Entrepreneur Plan" for new stores/stores not making high sales. We asked if we can apply for that and were told to fill in a form with our store information. We submitted the form and were told they will make an offer. It has now been 6 days and we still have not heard back. Tried following up with their live chat but no response. Never provide them with your store information

I want a way to turn off the push function but none are available. I believe its driving customers away, who are nervous about allow push notification from a site they're not familiar with. Not saving any carts, because people aren't even getting that stage. I will be uninstalling this app.

I had really high expectations with this app after seeing all of the 5-star reviews; however, my experience so far has been disappointing. The admin side of the app is designed well and is intuitive, but...and it's a huge BUT...I cannot get the automated cart abandonment email series to work properly AND I do not receive any replies back from support!!! I tested my cart abandonment series using my personal email address. The result of the test was I received two cart abandonment emails at the same time, the third email was never sent at all! If an app doesn't work as promised and I don't get any help from support then what's left? So I am now left with an ineffective app, likely some left-over code when I uninstall, and the task of having to find an alternative solution. Not cool!

Maybe nice app but haven't tried it yet. My issue is, it says free for basic users and i'm being redirected to a page to approve monthly charges on credit card. I don't get it!

This app and company has gone massively downhill. When we first installed this app years ago it was a cart recovery tool. Since then it has been reinventing itself as other things relating to marketing but whilst doing do they have messed up on more than one occasion. They moved us to some horrendously priced plan when they made the first big shift, we had to complain and apply for a refund, we were then reverted back to our old plan. The second time we had an issue they had again upgraded the software, but when they did this they reverted our account back to default cart recovery, removing our custom messaging and colour schemes without our knowledge. Most recently we have found that the app was blocking our add to cart button and making it perform poorly on mobile, we have just deleted this app and all our problems are solved, the add to cart is working again, and this horrible app is now gone. We would advise to look elsewhere for cart recovery!

This app works extremely poorly. We have had it set for an automated email to be sent after 8 hours and we are still doing them manually because of the poor execution by this app.

Not sure why it says there is a FREE basic version, but then it requires you to sign up for the trial (and automatically pay $4.99 if you don't cancel) as a requirement to use this app. Pretty disappointed about that. The author should change it to most other apps that allow to select a free basic version or a paid pro version, instead of saying there is a FREE basic version, but requiring the user to select the paid version.

I wanted to test out this app - the free version - to see if it would be useful to me. Nowhere on the App page is there any information as to what is different between the free version and the pro version. When you install the app, it automatically installs the pro, requests payment, and you are on the hook to cancel the payment within 14 days - all without knowing what is free and what is pro. To add to the silliness of it all, the app asks for a review the second it is installed. How TF can I review a product the second I've installed it? How can I review the Free version if I can not install it? If your App is so useful, why do you go through these underhanded schemes? Why not let the quality and usefulness of your product stand on it's own?

Tested, and nothing seems working. Consistent Cart, Failed. Pop Up Cart Failed. All the Abandoned Emails Failed, so i dont think there is anything else left... Uninstalled.
