It works alright but why are we being billed $3.99 per month for this? That's not even an option shown on the pricing details...

so far I like it. only been using it 2 days and I'm seeing carts appear. Only thing is, there is not any action that is possible, if the user doesn't enter an email address in checkout and abandon.

I just downloaded it so haven't tried yet but I love the idea, and all the cool things you can do for your business and service to your customers with shopify! This is a must have tool I have wanted for a long time and you just click install in a clic and boom you have professional abanded cart management with 2 emails sent! The app never sends abandoned email. I checked by keeping in my own cart, felt like fooled for a month. the notification of item in cart is not proper.
