A persistent cart function is unfortunately not a standard feature for Shopify stores. That's dumb. This solves that problem without any additional cost. There really shouldn't be any shops in 2017 that don't have this feature. In conjunction with a shop recovery system, a persistent cart like this is a powerful tool.

I think this app is a great idea and I'm really glad it's free. I just wish that it somehow worked for customers who don't have an account with my site.

UPDATE: found out this app has some type of conflict with Bold Product Options, so I had to uninstall it. Support reached out to me and explained how to proceed to remove all the code from my liquid files. They have also added the my reported issue to their bugs list for further investigation. I might return in the future since this is a useful app after all.

It's easy to install, it works, it adds value for your customers, you never have to think about it and it's free! Can't ask for more. And I'm sure this team won't make the mistake of another persistant cart app and just suddenly shut it off and make you pay for it without warning. Some notice would be nice :)
