This is really a very user friendly app! i haven't got any sales from the app, but i'm still figuring out most of it! I must say i'm very satisfied !

So far it is best app which include everything and do not take that much site load.

I can say it is overall very good app especially during follow up phase of customers . It is having all sort of features to do best retain the customers post abandoned checkout.
