We purchased a “One Time Plan” that was advertised as providing lifetime access, support, and upgrades. Since then, the company has introduced various “add-ons” and is now charging extra for them—even though these features were included in our original legacy plan. We’re being asked to pay again for functionality we were already promised.

Our issue got resolved within a dedicated timeframe. There was very little back-and-forth during the upgrade.

The implementation process was straightforward and quick, and the team has been really supportive throughout. They answered all of our questions and concerns even before we subscribed to a yearly plan, which is a testament to their good service. We went for server-side tracking and so far I can see that our numbers seem more aligned between platforms.
