Support does not stop after integration. Analyzify supports, gives advice where asked and helps with every step along the way. It doesn't really matter if you're a beginner or a pro with this kind of support. They take care of everything. Highly recommend it to every Shopify user.

Recently moved to Shopify and was looking a tracking solution with server-side support. After much research I trialed and then went with Analyzify and haven't looked back! The on-boarding and support has been fantastic and we are already seeing much better attribution and data collection. Would highly recommend both the app and the team.

We purchased a “One Time Plan” that was advertised as providing lifetime access, support, and upgrades. Since then, the company has introduced various “add-ons” and is now charging extra for them—even though these features were included in our original legacy plan. We’re being asked to pay again for functionality we were already promised.

Our issue got resolved within a dedicated timeframe. There was very little back-and-forth during the upgrade.
