Analyzify (GA4 & Ads Tracking)

I've been using Analyzify for several years with the Lifetime plan, and until recently, my experience with the app and the support team had been excellent. Recently, I decided to try the new "server-side tracking" upgrade plan offered to Lifetime customers. Unfortunately, the offering was extremely misleading. The upgrade, which costs a whopping $975, delivers incredibly limited value: for Google Ads, there is no server-side tracking provided at all, and for GA4, only the purchase event is sent via server-side — no other events are supported. The price they're asking is frankly exorbitant compared to what's actually being offered. In the past, Analyzify was much more transparent and honest about their services, but this time their communication was deliberately ambiguous to push customers into purchasing. There are much more complete alternatives available on the market today with a significantly better value proposition. Until Analyzify offers a complete server-side tracking solution at a reasonable cost (covering all events for all services, including Google Ads), there's absolutely no reason to spend so much money on such a limited service. I appreciate that the Analyzify team acted professionally, acknowledged the lack of clarity, and provided a full refund. Analyzify remains a solid product for its core features, but I strongly advise Lifetime users to be cautious and carefully evaluate the server-side upgrade before purchasing. Transparency is essential when asking for such high prices, and in this regard, the company has definitely disappointed.

Frankly, I have only a great positive opinion about this app, from the setup to the final results, everything works smoothly… and above all, the help from the support team is just perfect : great responsiveness, fast, efficient and they are very nice too, always at your side when you need them. They make sure everything is fine before closing the ticket. We would like more apps with professional and nice team as analizify’s. A special thanks to Selime and her colleagues from support team who dealt with my account! I recommend without any hesitation!

Avoid Analyzify at all costs for production stores - unresponsive and do not follow up on agreements. We started our cooperation on November last year, agreed to have the first version within a few weeks, certainly before Christmas. We paid licensing fees for six stores, despite all stores being on the identical codebase and running on one GTM setup with a mapping table. While they have some capable people, good luck getting any time with them. Customer support is non existent – unreachable and impossible to plan a call with. Basic requests go unanswered for weeks. We've tried to agree timelines for completion many times without any success. By April, after five long months, we got a first beta version running on production. Each delay was met with excuses, and we stayed friendly and cooperative for too long. The final straw: a critical production bug that fails to track our order name reference. Despite countless tickets and emails, we've received zero responses for over a month. This is unacceptable for an acute production issue. Analyzify is a disaster - be warned

Eins muss man ehrlich sagen: Die Einrichtung dauert keine 30 Minuten, sondern mehrere Tage. Aber der Support ist wirklich herausragend!!! Man wird einem Support-Mitarbeiter zugewiesen - in unserem Fall war es Ceyhun, der uns wirklich bei jedem Problem und jeder Frage weiter geholfen hat. Ceyhun war wirklich unglaublich hilfsbereit, mitdenkend und vorausschauend und hat uns sowas von weiter geholfen! Ohne ihn hätten wir es wahrscheinlich bis heute nicht hinbekommen.

Normally as a rule I stay away from one time charge app. This app is the exception to that rule. My Google GTM, GA4, Google UA and Google AdWords feeds look like a box of Christmas tree lights that was pack away by a 2 year old’s. This app when all the feeds are straightened out will be outstanding. The true blessing of this app is the people behind it. They have built a sports car. Problem is I did not know how to drive the sports car or even how to put gas in it. Anna has spent 3 days holding my hand trying to get me up and running. Do not be afraid to ask for help. The customer service is what makes the app outstanding. Once Anna finishes my Setup and Validation I will be on easy street

In addition, they offer outstanding support. The plugin has allowed us to activate all Google Analytics 3 and 4 enhanced e-commerce reports.

Great app! GTM, GA4 and Google Ads are such headache. Good thing we have Analyzify to help us get through this Google Hell lol. I've encountered some issues but their support was spot on :) Thanks guys! I can't recommend this enough.

Super easy to get set up and running with Analyzify. The app is straightforward and simple, and Erman and the team were absolutely incredible at helping us through the onboarding process. Their customer service is wonderful and they've done a great job at addressing a bunch of questions via their articles as well. I would highly recommend this app and the team that stands behind it.

Excellent support was provided by Analyzify Team. Our case was not simple, there were a lot of discrepancies in the measurement because of various reasons, but they have handled it with utmost care & deliver a robust and accurate GA4 integration with advanced tracking.
