Annie made the app setup a breeze! if I could give 10 stars, I would. We switched from a different Bundling app because they were terrible to work with, but AOV has been great.

This is exactly what I’ve been looking for! AOV AI has been a fantastic addition to my store. It brings together all the tools I’ve been searching for in one simple, well-designed app. The setup was smooth, and everything just works the way it should. This app made it easier to create the product-specific discount options I wanted. The app also offers excellent customer support. Annie not only answered my questions, but also thoroughly reviewed my website as if she were a colleague, offering suggestions I hadn't even considered.

I had a great experience with the support team, especially Macy, who was super helpful and responsive. She helped adjust the styling to better match my store and handled everything quickly and professionally. The app's “Sync theme color” feature is really handy, it auto-generates color combinations that fit your store’s theme, and I was able to find one that looked perfect. Macy even went the extra mile and adjusted the font to seamlessly match my store’s design. Everything was done efficiently and with clear communication. I really appreciate the proactive support and how easy the app is to use. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enhance their store!

Great app, when I first installed it I had an issue with the cart, the chat support replied (Lydia) to my message in less than 1 minute and was able to resolve it really quick! This is one of the fastest support I've experience, I recommend this app!

This app does exactly what I needed it to do which was have tiered product discounts. Any problems and the help desk was incredible. Helped me with anything I needed, very quick and knowledgeable! Thank you very much :)

The customer service for this app is outstanding! I'm new to this app and experience of offering bundles/volume discounts and needed some guidance and had several questions. Dana was super helpful, guiding me and answering my questions. I would highly recommend this app. It's a great asset for any website and the customer service offered is exceptional.

Got AOV Bundles Volume Discounts initially to setup volume discounting but it does so much more! I reached out to support and Susan got me all setup for what I needed. She went above and beyond. You can tell she knows her stuff as well as read my mind on things I needed help with and fully understood my needs. Hands down the more intuitive, fully featured and supported apps on Shopify.

Very impressed with this app and the customer support! The app is easy to use and is the solution we were looking for to build your own bundles and upsell effectively. On top of that, the customer support have been extremely helpful and so quick to respond to any queries we've had, including customizing the look and feel of the app to match our brand.

The agent Dana was unthinkably unusefull, unresponsive and unable to help with my problems. If you get her its just better to delete the app
