Support is sharp, fast, and highly responsive. The team was able to adapt the app quickly to fit our needs, which is a big plus. Setup was straightforward and easy to get running. The only limitation on our end is the lack of manual control in certain areas. We currently have to rely on AI for some elements that would benefit from direct customization — for example, variant color selectors in the cross-sell module are limited to basic colors, with no option to adjust their appearance. But the team removed the color icons to leave only the text, wich works. Aside from that, it’s a solid app and performs well overall. Would definitely be a 5★ with a bit more manual flexibility.

Sometimes a little tricky to navigate, but I am learning! And the customer support is actually amazing!! Overall, it's great and getting better.

Quick set-up of the basic bundles. Colors can be easily adapted, but for all further editing, the support has to be contacted, which makes it less flexible. But fortunately, the support helps out really quick, Susan was a great help!

I find the customizability within the app mediocre, but if you want to change something, support is even available on Sunday afternoons to help you. The app does what it's supposed to do, and support overdelivers.Thanks a lot kyle!

I've just installed the app and they are helping me with EVERYTHING! Their customer service is one of the best I've seen and I can guarantee you'll never have a doubt about anything, they answer quickly and the interface is very easy to use.
