I just got this app and had to create a "build your bundle option". I messaged for help and Jasmine responded right away. Within minutes Jasmine had my bundles created and added them to my website! This was a fast and easy experience! I give this app 5 STARS +!!!

I’ve been using AOV.ai Bundles Upsell on my Shopify store and it’s been an excellent experience so far. The app works really well, is easy to set up, and the bundle and upsell features actually make a noticeable difference to AOV. Everything feels smooth and well thought out, from bundle creation to on-store display. What truly sets this app apart is the support team. They were incredibly kind and helpful, even going as far as removing a trademark and unlocking certain features free of charge. That level of support is rare and genuinely appreciated. I initially contacted support just to ask how to change the theme colors, but Tiffany went above and beyond and also helped me adjust the font styles. The new fonts match my store’s overall branding much better and make everything look more cohesive and professional. I had actually noticed the font issue before, but I didn’t realize it was something that could be changed so easily. This improvement made a bigger difference than I expected, and I’m very satisfied with the result. Thanks to Tiffany for the great support—AOV.ai Bundle works smoothly for my store.

Tried a few bundle apps and this one really stands out as having the functionality and ease of use that we required. The support has also been fantastic so far with Tiffany solving my issues instantly and effortlessly. Amazing experience, was connected to a person within seconds and instantly helped me. Showed me color themes and how to use the widget. Extremly helpful and highly reccomend over other bundle apps.
