No, I'm not paid to write this but I must say these guys gave me better customer service than I've had in years. Kyle specifically got me going step by step. With what he had access to in my site he helped move things around that I needed. For the things I could only control, he sent me screenshots and step by steps to navigate the proper processes. The end result landed in a clean and easy way for me to have some of my specific products bundled effectively. Six stars. Thank you! Devin

We’ve been searching for a good upsell app for a while, but many options either lacked functionality or required expensive monthly plans, with additional fees for customization. Since we were already using other AOV.ai apps, we decided to give this one a try. The experience completely exceeded our expectations. Their team went above and beyond!!! They customized the app exactly to our needs at no extra charge, and everything was completed within just a few hours. I was honestly shocked by how much support and customization they provided. What impressed us even more is how open they are to feature requests, continuously helping tailor the app to better fit our needs and improve functionality over time. Amazing bundle app & outstanding customer support! I’ve been using this bundle app for my Shopify store, and it’s been a great experience so far. The bundle features are super helpful for increasing AOV, and the customization options are solid. But the best part is their customer service — they’re kind, fast, and genuinely helpful. Great experience so far with the AOV Upsell app, especially as first-time users. The mix & match bundle widget is exactly what we needed to boost cart value. Huge thanks to Kyle, Jasmine, and Dana from support they made sure our widget displayed correctly on our website and guided us through everything step by step. Super responsive, helpful team and a great app overall!
