I've been doing e-commerce for years, so I have a little experience by now, and I find this app very useful, and the fact that there is always someone available on the support channel + the dev. team fix problems quickly earned my 5 star review. I had some problems with resolving an issue regarding the bundle, I had contacts with Hana, who was really fast and helped me fix everything as soon as possible.

The response from macy (belong to the online support team) was extremely prompt. When there was a problem, the development team was contacted immediately for a response and modification. This was truly very touching.

This is a great app and they have the best customer support. It is free app but they still have a live chat with very helpful representatives and got all my issues taken care of promptly. I wish every Shopify app had support like AOV.

I had issue with the app the first thing that happened when I installed it. Had a mayor 'ugh, another bad app' moment when I tried it out. But support was very fast, which is a huge bonus imo. Got help from Tiffany who solved all the issues I faced, and even gave some extra advice. Which I appreciated, because it would have been a small detail I could have easily missed otherwise.

App is not really sophisticated, but Tiffany tried to help me best she could

At this time, the app does not support applying a discount when products are added to the cart individually. Discounts are only applied when customers purchase items as a bundle. Extremely excellent app. On top of that their support is top notch. Macy from the support team assisted with the setup, including pictures of where to navigate and perform the setup myself. I recommend this app to everyone as the app is great and their support team knows that they are doing.

An extremely user-friendly app, easy to use and versatile for various scenarios. The 24/7 customer service is also very responsive and helpful, especially Jasmine, who always provides quick and effective replies.

AOV is simply fantastic, I was asked to update a cloned shopping cart for a client and we needed to use AOV bundle upsell as the store was in custom liquid, AOV had to help set everything up for me and they did! Amazing team especially Macy and Tiffany, Thanks for all the help and great app!
