Amazing support service and lightning-fast response times. When we encountered issues customizing our theme, Annie not only swiftly resolved the problem but proactively addressed other issues we hadn't even noticed. We already loved this app, but such outstanding support—crucial for running a store—truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

I usually don’t write reviews, but I had to take a moment because the support I received was genuinely excellent. I was struggling to get the bundle app working the way I needed with my theme, and their team jumped in right away. What really stood out was how patient and thoughtful they were. It honestly felt like they cared about helping me get it right. If you’re on the fence or worried about setup, don’t be. Their support alone is worth it!

AOV.ai has been an incredible addition to our store. The setup was seamless, the interface is clean. It runs in the background, does its job perfectly, and never breaks our theme or causes conflicts even when we do not even use Shopify original theme. On top of that, their support team has been nothing short of excellent — fast, friendly, and genuinely invested. I would highly recommend this app for anyone looking to create & add a variety of bundles & kit options to their ecommerce store.

Very good app and an even better support team. Have been using it for 2 months and the team has always responded within minutes to any queries and fixed any minor issues within minutes! Susan and the team have been more than helpful on many instances. Would definitely recommend this to any store wanting to explore bundles.

A powerful web tool with tons of options for customization and bundle building! The customer service is also next level. Jasmine and Anivia took very good care of me, and spent a long time troubleshooting and answering my many in depth questions. So glad I went with this app! ♡

This app is brilliant. I have used it to allow customers to build their own bundles and it does exactly what I want and was easy to set up and customise. Customer service has been outstanding, helping me sort out a couple of small bits very quickly and effectively. Highly recommended.
