I find the customizability within the app mediocre, but if you want to change something, support is even available on Sunday afternoons to help you. The app does what it's supposed to do, and support overdelivers.Thanks a lot kyle!
Jasmine truly exceeded my expectations - support was available immediately when requested and she was extremely helpful and sorted the couple of issues I had being my first time using the app. Jasmine even sorted out my colour and text customization of the volume discount keeping up with my website's aesthetics. Highly recommend this app for adding volume discounts to your Shopify store. And the best part it is FREE!!!
I've just installed this app to add bundles to my store and so far it has been amazing! Really easy to use and has a ton of functionality that will easily add to my AOV as soon as I set these live. The other huge benefit is the support team. They are online 24/7, super friendly and incredibly helpful, really willing to help customize the app for my store's needs. I have to underline that they are FAST too, which is key especially since I decided to install it right before BFCM and everything needs to be finished yesterday! Can't recommend enough!

Customer service is attentive in the live chat, but I keep having technical issues with the incorrect products being displayed for the bundles. After speaking to customer service they always have to "escalate the issue" and I don't have time to keep having issues "escalated" and waiting for their team to solve it. These issues are minor and completely defeat the purpose of adding a bundle app to my store—the app needs more work before it can be used. Decided to remove the app instead.

Because all products in your store are grouped under a single collection called “All products,” our system was unable to correctly determine which specific items should be offered in the Frequently Bought Together campaign. I came across this app for shopify and in all honesty, for it being a free app, it's one of the best free apps I have used. I use a lot of bundles on my store, so this is the perfect alternative to the (limited) shopify built one. Highly recommend. It's super easy to use and set-up. Dana was also super helpful when the app kept asking me to refresh, they were very quick to answer and fix the issue.
Een fijne en goede App. Werkt goed en is eenvoudig in te stellen/te gebruiken. Tiffany heeft me goed geholpen. Als je een vraag stelt proberen ze je zo goed en snel mogelijk te helpen om het zo goed mogelijk neer te zetten en te matchen met de website.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I had to take a moment because the support I received was genuinely excellent. I was struggling to get the bundle app working the way I needed with my theme, and their team jumped in right away. What really stood out was how patient and thoughtful they were. It honestly felt like they cared about helping me get it right. If you’re on the fence or worried about setup, don’t be. Their support alone is worth it!
