Very fast support (24/7) and great customer service. I needed some customisation made to my widget and Tiffany was able to do it for me in 5 minutes! Highly recommend.

I've just installed the app and they are helping me with EVERYTHING! Their customer service is one of the best I've seen and I can guarantee you'll never have a doubt about anything, they answer quickly and the interface is very easy to use.

I think it’s an amazing app. Considering it’s a free app, you really can’t expect that much — but this is just incredible service. They’re quick, always on top of things, and they make changes exactly the way I want. There are also an incredible number of customization options to make it look perfect on the front end of the website and in the webshop — and it actually works really well.

The other reviews are correct -- the customer service here is great. Kyle was first helping me and then Susan picked up due to change in shifts. Both were quick/responsive and were knowledgeable and able to quickly pinpoint what my issue was (turns out the issue was due to user error ;p). Susan was able to help me set up my mix and match bundle! Thank you so much

The app works great with lots of customisation. I reached out to the support team to allow a couple of settings in the backend and change the default font and got a reply and a FIX within minutes. Tiffany was absolutely brilliant in her customer service!! Thank you so much. I am happy that I have decided to find alternatives to my old bundle app and found this one.
