The other reviews are correct -- the customer service here is great. Kyle was first helping me and then Susan picked up due to change in shifts. Both were quick/responsive and were knowledgeable and able to quickly pinpoint what my issue was (turns out the issue was due to user error ;p). Susan was able to help me set up my mix and match bundle! Thank you so much

The app works great with lots of customisation. I reached out to the support team to allow a couple of settings in the backend and change the default font and got a reply and a FIX within minutes. Tiffany was absolutely brilliant in her customer service!! Thank you so much. I am happy that I have decided to find alternatives to my old bundle app and found this one.

I've never came across a support service so superb. The person helping me (Annie) really exceeds the expectations. Great app, when I first installed it I had an issue with the cart, the chat support replied (Lydia) to my message in less than 1 minute and was able to resolve it really quick! This is one of the fastest support I've experience, I recommend this app!
