When the widget's Add to Cart button was hidden per your request, the volume widget fell back to your theme's ATC button, which caused an issue with adding quantity of 1 to cart. We should have flagged this side effect before making the change, that's on us. Our team has now customized the button behavior to work as intended. Could you please check and confirm it's working correctly on your end? 2. Our team also applied changes to your live store without properly following your instructions. That's unacceptable, and we've put new processes in place to make sure it doesn't happen again. I've sent you a personal email with more details and a goodwill offer. I've tried many paid marketing apps, but I'm never truly satisfied with any of them. They either lack adequate customer support or simply can't meet your needs for a fee. However, during my conversations with two representatives from AOV, Susan and Kyle, they developed the specific development we needed completely free of charge. This is truly incredible. The fact that this app, which offers a full-service, bundled sales development service, is completely free, and that they also offer custom development entirely free of charge, was a truly wonderful experience. We at the dinossi group have never written a positive or negative review for any developer, but this company is truly successful. We highly recommend it.
