Great app and outstanding support! I set up a full post-purchase funnel with AOV — post-purchase page, thank-you-page and order-status-page upsells — and the app is powerful and flexible once you get to know it. You can customize the offers, add countdown timers, callouts and multiple upsell/downsell steps. But what really made the difference was the support. Kyle was incredibly helpful, patient and quick to reply. He answered every single question, sent screenshots to guide me, and even helped me troubleshoot a currency issue step by step. It's rare to find a support team this available and kind — they genuinely want you to succeed. Highly recommended if you want to increase your AOV with a professional upsell funnel. Thank you, Kyle!

The app is very user-friendly. I really like the rules and conditions available, and the support team has been quick to provide guidance whenever needed. I'm already using the AOV Cart Drawer, and it has helped increase our AOV by 18% so far. I'm looking forward to seeing the results from the post-purchase features as well.
