We really like using this app, and it’s super easy to set up. The support is fantastic too. We had a few minor issues, but Macy and Susan quickly sorted them out. They truly go the extra mile. Highly recommend!

Another amazing App from AOV - this is a game changer with various options and AI to be able to capture more business from my customers. Setting up and testing was easy with the help and guidance of Susan in support. She is knowledgeable, helpful and nothing is too much. She is a credit to the support team - all of whom are very helpful. I recommend this App to anyone looking for great after sales functionality

One of the best customer service teams I've ever dealt with. They're incredibly fast to respond and always go the extra mile. There’s no AI-like clank or cold scripted replies...every interaction feels genuinely human! :) I can only say positive things about their apps, and when something isn’t working right, they actually take the time to find a solution. Highly recommend!

This app is awesome and depending on the offer presenting can be a great way to increase revenue. Still getting a hang of things but whenever I run into any issues their support team is always there to help out. Susan was absolutely fantastic and super patient. Always recommend an app with a great team like this working behind it!

I own several AVADA products — they all perform far better than their direct competitors, and their 24/7 customer service is something I’ve never experienced elsewhere. It’s true they don’t have many reviews, but trust me: once you try them, you’ll want all their products. They’re simply the best

Absolutely killer app — does exactly what it says and makes my workflow way smoother. But what really stood out was the customer service. I had a couple of questions setting things up and Susan from support jumped in instantly, walked me through everything, and followed up to make sure it was all running perfectly. You don’t see that level of care often. Huge props to the team (and Susan especially).

this app is so amazing that i can add different upsell for several page, including thank you page, order status page and so on, i think it will help my business. Also when i install, i have some problems, the staff - Tiffany is very patient and helpful to help me to deal with my problems, and then she is very efficient and effective, and professional, so as a business owner, i recommend this app, and then appreciate Tiffany very much!

Bad app. Charges you for your generated orders, but does not provide any. 25$ wasted. I did 2k orders but PPUS gave me 0 and you still charged me. shame
