I use Apliiq as a supplier for my business, and I must say they are awesome to work with. The customer service is outstanding! They made me feel like I was family. I could ask them any questions pertaining products, and services, and I am just beyond excited to have them in my corner helping me grow my business. I've been using Apliiq for my Shopify store since December 2020. After the holidays, I've had nothing but great experiences with all components of their team. I've played around with other services quite a bit before launching my store Odd Glory and none of them could match up to Apliiq + the process to mock-up and order a design is SO quick and smooth + turnaround has been on-point 9.9 times out of 10, and they have optional tools for further expediting ability + customer service has always gotten back to me within 24 hours and live chat is always accessible + product quality has been excellent. definitely a great mix of modern/classic styles + I've personally spoken to Peter L. from their CS team and he's super transparent and supportive. Very kind guy! - I do wish we had access to some modern tie-dye options/washes - I wish the design tool displayed placement via measurements/some indicator so I could easily replicate designs in different color ways (they show measurements/sizing for your design, just not placement)

Had an issue with an order Kim was very helpful in getting me in contact with them Manager Pete. Pete called me on the phone and spoke with me for about an hour. 10 minutes of that was a prompt resolution to my issue the rest of the time he answered all of my questions and gave me some very useful information on the the way their company creates and sources their material. He also gave me his direct phone number and email address for all future correspondence. I got to say I haven’t experienced customer service like this from any other drop shipping company and I deal with a lot. Pete changed a semi annoyed customer and a potential loss of business into a customer for life! I will be using their service as long as they provide one and suggest you do the same. Great Company!

The product variety and quality is terrific. The range of products you can create is broad. Customer support is responsive. If there is an issue...they fix it. Sophisticated app and fairly easy to use. And the team backs you up if you need help navigating their platform.

Peter lamb went above and beyond to help me upload my products to Shopify. I was having a hard time and he went and even made a mock up p to show me et we p by step how to do it. He saved me a lot of time. I love apliiq’s clothing options and can’t wait for them to expand . Thanks again Peter!

Updating my review - I just spoke with Pete and I'm blown away by the customer service. Amazing communication from this company! I feel valued as a customer and so confident moving forward in my partnership with Apliiq for my growing brand. My favorite things: the quality and variety of their product catalog (no other POD service has a catalog like this), print quality is flawless every time, and of course the ability to start and scale your clothing brand without holding inventory.

We have recently released out of stock handling rules, so that we can substitute products without delay and without having to communicate about the issue. I love this app because of the options and ease it provides for me having my own clothing line using dropshipping. The customer service was the reason I decided to start using them and the customer service continues to be EXCELLENT!!! They are so patient, helpful and professional! Absolutely love and grateful for the support they provide especially being a newbie to this they have helped make this process smoother!

We are in the process of launching our new store and Apliiq has been extremely helpful. The quality of the samples we have received so far exceed the quality of other POD services we've tried. Customer Service/Sales team has been super fast to respond to any issues we've encountered so far and very effective in resolving. It's been a seamless experience so far..!

We have been using Apliiq since we have opened our business on Shopify two years ago. They offer higher quality apparel compare to most POD services and connects seamlessly to Shopify. Whenever there has been an issue, we have been able to resolve the issue and able to get the merchandise with to the customer. Even with the increase demand and requirements due to COVID-19, they have been able get our orders out even with the delay. Quality is extremely important for us and as well being able to provide the services needed to produce our merchandise was a big motivator of our decision to work with them. Being able to offer a variety of unique services that I have yet to find looking at other POD services at a reasonable price point has been valuable along with their customer service team being responsive, personable with the changes due to COVID-19. Great overall experience, 5 stars.

Apliiq offers higher quality apparel than most POD services and connects seamlessly to shopify. Quality is particularly important for us which motivated our decision to work with them. They offer a variety of unique services that I have yet to find looking at other POD services, and customer service is responsive, personable, and cares about getting the client what they want. Great overall experience, 5 stars.

March 9, 2021 - I placed an order on 2/18/21. My customer finally received her order on 3/7/21. When she opened it, it smelled like chemicals so she had to wash it right away in order to wear it. She washed it (per the washing instructions), hung it to dry and realized that half of the graphic had faded. After one wash! It should not show up smelling like chemicals and no one should have to feel cautious about washing something. Now as I am trying to connect with someone, conveniently they don't have a phone number on their site, you have to do a google search. When you call them, due to covid there is no one available to speak. I tried the live chat on their site, conveniently, they are currently offline. I contacted someone on their instagram, and they are saying they can't message me back bc my page is set up to not receive messages. Not true. My page is public and I have no restrictive settings. I tried these people since printful is out of stock for the things I need and that was a huge mistake. As a business owner I put my trust in them and they failed me with the first order. I do not recommend them. March 12, 2021 - Here is an update based on their response and after further communication 1. My shopify store is registered in the Brand name, not my legal name. The fact that the person who responded went out of their way to put my full name out there in the response is disrespectful to my privacy. 2. No body went out of their way to help me. They refunded me and upon my approval said they would remake the shirt as long as I paid for it of course. That is standard practice, not going out of their way. 3. Kim is great! But I was not immediately connected with her. The first few times I tried to connect, the life chat kept giving me the message that the customer support was offline. She did refund me, no questions asked because she had no choice! I sent her a video of the shirt that was received and there were obvious issues. 4. You can claim anything you want about your ink systems and that there are no chemicals. I'm glad there aren't, but my customer said the her item smelled like chemicals and I believe her. So rather than apologizing and looking into it, you are telling me to rest assure? How about an apology and maybe admitting that things aren't perfect and maybe some research needs to be done. Prints will last a lifetime is your claim. Great...as long as they are printed properly the first time. Your response was not meant for me, but to cover yourself so you look great and I look like a liar. ..............Now based on communication............ After speaking with Peter, about the issue, he told me about the human error on their end and that the sweatshirt missed a step during processing. I understood that. I told him the situation needed to be rectified, as I have a customer who is waiting to get a new undamaged item. His response was that he already refunded me and that he can either refund me or remake the item based on the payment I had made from the original order, but not both. I hadn't asked for a free item, I simply asked for the situation to be rectified. I was hoping that I would at least get a positive customer service experience in some way to make sure that they get and keep my business. He acted like he was doing me a favor by sending me an invoice via email so that I could re purchase the item. I then received an email from someone on his team that the sweatshirt in the color I wanted was out of stock and he recommended an alternative. I then responded back to ask about quality and cost since the item he recommended was not on the site. He responded back the next morning with this: "Not every product we offer is available on our website, these option is only available for the out-of-stock issues. Also, we are sorry to inform you that 562MR Jerzees sweatshirt is also got out of stock for the same. We recommend you switch to 562MR Jerzees sweatshirt in Khaki color for the same S size." Had he responded in a timely manner and not the next morning, I could have made a decision on the original suggestion. According to Peter he let his team know that there was an issue with my original order, so why wasn't my situation taken care of with more care? Why wasn't the original suggestion put aside so that my order was taken care of properly. There was no real initiative taken. Instead Peter talked his way through the entire thing and excuses were made for his entire team. Why not just find a positive solution after the screw up. Had that happened I would have continued to order from them. At the end of the day I am paying you for a service which I am in turn offering to my customer based on your timeline and expertise. If I can't deliver based on my policies that I have to adapt based on your company then there is no trust on either end. With the lack of real customer service, and the negative experience, I wouldn't order from here again. I hope you treat your next customer better than you did me.

Since we work exclusively with fashion brand partners, we go out of the way to make it right if any issues should occur. Connecting with us on live chat is the fastest and simplest way to get any issues resolved. I checked and noticed that you were immediately able to connect with Kim our support rep on live chat, and she refunded you for the shirt, no questions asked. The ink systems we use are organic, vegan, and biodegradable, they are also non-toxic, non-hazardous and contain no heavy metals. You can rest assured that we use no harsh chemicals in our printing processes. Additionally, prints will last for the life of the garment. We've been using Apliiq for all of our clothing and printing needs. We work with a big celebrity, so quality and reliability is important, and Apliiq has been a great partner for us. Our customers have been very happy and we've had little issues. Their customer service has always been very helpful and responsive every step of the way. Highly recommend using this company if you are launching a clothing brand or are looking to print quality shirts.

I used this company to start my first online store. I literally found out about them on YouTube watched a couple videos and my store was up and running in under 50 days. I love how easy it is to navigate the site, the customer service is very good and responsive! The only thing I can think of improving is a bigger selection of apparel to choose from for different seasons.

wondering why nobody is speaking on the shipping times. Or should I say production times. They note delays 3 weeks due to COVID, currently I have 5 orders over 40 days, 4 still in production and 1 hasn't even started production yet. The one that hasn't started production was ordered first. Glad I tested the app with my friends buying from my website before actually opening. Quality good, selection great but production time is the worse. If it wasn't for production time, they would get 5 stars easy.
