so idk how i feel pretty uncertain the communication isn't really good at all, I've been trying to get in contact for accouple weeks and have gotten nothing. i have orders over a month and a half processing, says due to covid but i think its a lack of personnel. its frustrating getting no response from anyone. i don't understand the covid excuse my country is in complete lockdown for almost a year and i have all my orders out within 3 days of being made we legit aren't even allowed in the next state to us. So Seems like a Bad Excuse. i guess I'm so used to being 100% on top of my customer service to show good business practice, when i experience no so good customer service practice it gets me very concerned. i went to this site because of YouTube reviews and such promising great things i also like the private tag but I'm yet to see all the great things that were said. other then the terrible things that will make your business look bad and give you bad reviews and impressions. the sites functionality is pretty decent cant complain about it one bit. i'd suggest emailing them and having a chat through out a week before you choose them. Customer Service is the most important thing in a business... I'm really worried ill have to close my website down and go to another company :/ as a lot of you guys will no that's a rip to your traffic

The company started off decent but has gone down hill since early 2020. The sizes arent correct and the quality is horrible. Not to mention customer service is rude and the time and cost is ridiculous. Took over 2 months to get my order and the size wasn't the correct size. Sent packages to the wrong address and takes longer thab a week to respond to emails. Chat is never available and the phone number just sends you to an auto message.

Let me start off by saying, this app has THE GREATEST BRANDING OPTIONS, PERIOD! Different options for different designs but on THE SAME GARMENT! No one else does it better than apliiq! I was skeptical of apliiq at first because i’ve only heard bad reviews and comments about them but, hey, you don’t know if you don’t try. So i ordered a t-shirt sample. Kinda pricy, in my opinion, but reasonable for the review artist, and their quality is pretty good. I only ordered a white t-shirt so i can’t say for all design qualities on different apparel but the inside label is the best. WAYYY better than that scratchy gildan label. You can’t feel it at all and it looks like a snack ;). Their prices are great to make a profit and to make your store financially appealing for customers. But if i have to be honest, some of their mock-ups are TERRIBLE. The camo hoodies are pretty flat and not that good looking and certain colors (i.e. gold gildan 18500) doesn’t even look like that beautiful gold color. That’s my only meh of apliiq. Also i wish the designing UI was a little more friendly like a snap to center button or something in case you forget to write a note about the design or if you just want to rely on what it shows on the mock-up. Either way, that’s it for me. 4 stars because -1 star for the bad mock-ups ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I paid to have a private label; however, this company does not deliver on their promises. You cannot get answers through their customer service or their owner. They just have excuses and no solutions. (the owner answers specific questions about order issues by saying, "sorry, the POD business is just not perfect"). I am not looking for perfection, just a little visibility, and support when things do not go right. A promising company, but they just do not have it together to support other businesses. I am constantly having to approve substitutions, follow up on delivery timelines, and even ask if something is ever going to be sent out. They are way overwhelmed and are not doing anything about it that makes a difference to your end customer. I get angry customers directed at me, and I have no answers because I cannot get the owner to give me solutions. They have 6 complaints with the BBB and are not accredited. Hi Shelly, Thanks for the great feedback. I am so sorry you are selling joggers that are currently out of stock, as we have indicated a few times via customer support. We don't carry stock in every product at our facility and we rely on manufacturer's and distributors in certain scenarios. When out of stock issues happen, we email our partners and let them know with recommended substitutions. Since you are aware of this situation, you may want to stop selling those products in your store. If you continue to sell them, you will certainly have to work with your customers about how best to proceed. My deepest apologies, but when these situations happen, we can cancel those products, substitute them, or wait for the items to be back in stock. Unfortunately, we cannot fulfill products that aren't currently in stock. Let me start off by saying when you're wrong you have to be willing to admit it. My last review was completely wrong and the people over at Apliiq are great communicators(I just needed to check the right boxes) great quality of work and look forward to working with them more in the future!

Worked with Apliiq for 1+ month, and still, NO PRODUCTS have been shipped. My customers are furious.

This is what we do by default to ensure we are shipping the exact design you have setup. It does take some time to setup quality products and I apologize if that wasn't clear to your initially. Unfortunately, the reviews are correct about the bad customer service... what a waste of what could be a good company but with poor staffing.

The app is simple and easy to use, excellent customer service. Good variety of products to choose from. Customer service team is avail via text, email and calls making ordering smooth and simple. Everyone I've spoken to is helpful, especially Peter who has always taken the extra step to provide support and transparency even though we are a small business, making working with them a pleasure. Glad they take feedback and strive to update the system according to customer needs, which will enable them to grow and retain customers. Would love a few more choices in modern cuts of shirts for women, but the quality of work and communication is excellent.

Slow with collecting processing orders but quality and customer service is great. Would recommend if ordering in bulk.

We used this app for some of our products & loved the material from the garments. Definitely would recommend. - Update: We spoke to the customer success manager at Apliiq; he was extremely helpful in making sure we understood the details regarding what we were asking for, as well as making it known that he would be available should we need any help in the future. Great customer service, and as we said before, we would definitely recommend to anyone.

I am new to the clothing line industry. And I couldn't have had a better experience. I'm not computer savvy but Peter Lamb was PHENOMENAL assisting me to complete my set up. I love all the products of Apliiq. But when you have someone go above and beyond it makes the beginning so much sweeter. Thank you Peter Lamb, you are the BEST!!!!

As a writer rap artist producer an ceo outside of my music career for the last 2yrs i been working towards building my own brand to rep my label an music. Afther researching i decided Apliiq was my best fit! i study their blue print and how they operate and make their products and i gotta say um very impressed and they are just as down to earth in person , or on the phone as they are on youtube lol Um looking forward to doing long term business with these guys! Lets make some major money guys!

When deciding which clothing manufacturer to go with when starting my online store, I decided to go with Apliiq since I knew I didn't want to carry inventory and fulfill orders myself. They seemed to have a good product selection and cool brands program for adding my own labels to my clothes. Flash forward to today, a few months after going with Apliiq, and I have to say it was still the right decision. The way Apliiq integrates with Shopify is pretty easy and straight forward. Plus Apliiq's customer service is good in my experience. They are a growing company, like myself, so some growing pains are expected, but I've had a good experience setting up my new brand with them. Plus a huge shout out to Pete Lamb for his service and helping me with a bunch of my designs. It's people like him that go the extra mile for you that make you know you chose the right place.

Apliiq was the best thing to ever happen to my business. It is by far the best company and app to use for your clothing line. The entire customer support team is also the best I have ever experienced. They are always available when you have a question. I was stuck on something and Peter was nice enough to reach out and call me personally to help walk me through the issue. Can't say enough!

I understand they're having turnover time ratio issues but nonetheless they have very good quality worth the wait. How do I know? I'm glad you thought of asking. I'm not just a business owner using Apliiq I'm a customer of clothing apparel in general, but I get the one thing Apliiq offers at the table. It is magnificent to me personally as well as what I seek my brand to be and thats quality. From the stitching process, to the DTG (direct to garment) quality, the services offered to make the brand actually yours and standouts, and most of all its always made to order. If you know about exotic cars you know if you buy one brand new they're usually made to order for guaranteed quality control. I ordered some of my own products from them to test the entire system and process before my customers to try and better the system to allow for smooth integration for everyone who visits and orders from us. Its business in the making and on a ride I plan on being with for as long as my business will allow me to do so. Again I will admit the receiving of shipment time is not up to my liking but I do understand the process as well and the fact its a growing business like majority of us. Patience is of virtue.
