I communicate with Peter Lamb back and fourth a lot whenever I have a question, issue, or concern about my order. He's quick to respond and handle the situation at hand. He makes sure to explain everything for my understanding. He's super personable and always has to much energy. Apliiq is one of my favorite printing providers for that very reason. They are very hands on and make me feel like I'm just a friend of theirs instead of everything being automated. Thanks apliiq and thanks Peter!

We just started with Apliiq a few months ago and launched our store this month. I have been very happy with the costumer support at Apliiq - real people with quick and real solutions - unfortunately, unlike Shopify who was not able to help us quickly with any of our issues. Apliiq has great customer service. I had questions related to the TikTok Shop and their shipping/fulfillment process and they were able to walk me through the process. They are very patient and do their best to answer any questions you might have. They have also fixed my concerns with adjusting the size of print areas. All around a great help. Peter Lamb is a phenomenal representative of Apliiq.

This app was super easy to add to my Shopify store and offers some flexibility with applying shipping cost that I had not yet encountered. Their FAQ to help with making a decision on which method was right for my store was very helpful and complete. I admit that I still needed some assistance, but it's just because I am newer to tools like this. A representative was super easy to reach as well as quick to respond and they talked me through what I was struggling with. I know that if I had more experience, I would not have needed extra assistance because the guidance was in their help articles. I work with several suppliers right now and Apliiq is my favorite. Great integration and tool with zero problems since installing and setting up.
