Louie their support agent was the best support agent I've ever dealt with. He sat with me for hours helping me not only integrate this app but even going into my store and editing the code for me to perfect it to exactly the way I needed it!! The best.

This app is super easy to use if you are taking bookings and appointments on your website. I had some trouble trying to fix how many sessions a person could book at once and Max provided super fast help with my online store by fixing it and getting me up and running. I am super excited for my customers to come to my website and smoothly make bookings.

Easyship works well if you ship a lot of orders everyday. syncing and printing is easier than handling separate accounts. i wish live chat support was faster and a few courier options didnt show at first, but its still way better than manual copying.

very nice customer service, I had some questions and they are reply in a short time and direct with what we need to solve. I appreciate the help from Joy letting me know what easy could or not do for my services and that made my decisions for the future of the business even faster. Thank you and please keep going like that

Customers were unable to make reservations, and we only discovered the issue three days before the event. Once a single booking was made, no further reservations could be placed by anyone else. After contacting customer service, they appeared to resolve two of the three available dates by adding 100 slots per date. However, the third date was never fixed. Despite their assurance that it would be addressed, we received no follow-up whatsoever. To make matters worse, the same blocking issue resurfaced on one of the supposedly fixed dates: as soon as one person booked, all subsequent reservations were again locked out. We are deeply disappointed. The app is unreliable, and we have very likely lost customers as a direct result of these failures.

Up and running within 10 minutes, very intuitive interface. Support is excellent and super quick for any queries. Definitely recommend over the other options available.

Fantastic app. I love the features. The intake form really works for my business. Mostly I love Easy Appointment Booking customer support. They really do care about helping and what you need for your business. Qalvin and Joy went above and beyond to help me set things up and get the most out of all the features. I highly recommend!

I own an art and pottery studio with multiple booking needs for classes and parties. I am very pleased with the Easy Booking App and would recommend them to anyone looking for booking services. Their support team is top notch and are always there to help! They are also constantly making improvements to the functionality which is helpful for businesses needing specific capabilities. I have used many different apps and software in the past and they are the best for Shopify in my opinion. Once you understand how the set up works, it is very easy to navigate and support is always there when you need them. Ray, Joy, and Max are awesome! Thank you!

Super easy to set up! We needed a bit more front-end customization, and the team was incredibly responsive and easy to reach. They fixed our issue quickly and made the whole process seamless.

This app has been easy to use and a great addition to our site for our customers! The customer service is also super helpful which is a huge plus. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this app to anyone and everyone!

Ive just started using this on my new shopify site and I have to say so far that firstly it looks and functions really well and looks completely native unlike some others I tried. But biggest bonus so far is how amazingly helpful the support has been. I had quite a niche request in that I wanted only certain product variants bookable. I had a few minor glitches which turned out to be theme based and the team resolved all of them. Amazing service .
