This is one of the loveliest software support teams I've encountered - and I use a lot of software and apps! The app itself was fairly straightforward to get going without looking at any directions, and anything that I wasn't sure on, I was able to find a helpful video to sort out. In the end, I only had one thing I actually had to ask support about in regards to setup. I also came in hot with a crisis on my other software and a need to switch to them with a FAST turnaround and they were GREAT in helping me through the import process to get my existing bookings ported over. I couldn't find another option that was as clean and easy to use that would also import my current bookings over. I had a LOT of questions through this process and their support was LIGHTNING fast. Many apps take a day or two to respond, which is fair - but these guys were on it like within an hour max. Ultimately, I can see they really care about what they are doing and are super responsive, that's worth it's weight in gold when you need to rely on a booking software app.

Would stall when creating an appointment booking. Never downloaded the contents. Update: The company followed up and connected with me personally. They did a great job listening to my concerns and ensuring they would focus on targeting those areas. Very responsive team for the app. If you do have any issues, don't hesitate to connect with them. I plan to download it in the near future and give the app a go again.

It's a little tricky to set up, but excellent customer service to help figure things out!

Support was out of this world! I had a few issues (user error) getting the app to sync with my item, but with a few emails, they had it working perfectly.
