Not only is it perfect -- exactly what I was looking for, a way to book consultations right on my product page at checkout -- but also when I came up to an issue with installing multiple options and could not figure out how to correct it, the team was immediately responsive, kind, and fixed it perfectly. The response time is lightning fast and my issue was resolved at lightning speed as well. I have been receiving an influx of bookings effortlessly, I'm super happy with this app and the customer service!

Excellent Support at Easy Appointment Booking! I've been using Easy Appointment Booking for a while now, and I have to say the customer support is outstanding. Every time I had a question or ran into an issue, the team was quick to respond and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure everything worked perfectly for my business. Their dedication to providing clear, step-by-step guidance really makes a difference. It's rare to find such attentive and knowledgeable support these days. Highly recommend!

Customer service was fantastic. I needed assistance and Qalvin hopped on a call with me immediately and helped me problem solve my issue. Hopefully I can continue to replicate his teachings today!

Ray and the team have been so helpful in getting our events set up and customised. There are so many options available in this app, and along the way we've had a few questions, and they've been right on the ball to help us. We are very happy with this booking solution for our store.

So far, this app has been far superior to others we have used in the past, with so many customisable options and configurations! It also has a number of integrations meaning it can be used in a way that best suits your team. The Servicify team are also incredibly friendly and quick to help with anything they can. We now use this app for both our Shopify stores and would highly recommend!
