So far it was easy to set up and works! I haven't signed up for a paid plan yet, but was already tempted to do so and will seriously consider it as my business grows.

I used this app for taking appointment bookings for a event that ran across multiple days with different time slots. I tried several apps before this and this was by far the best and easiest to use. The customer service is absolutely brilliant! Ray was extremely helpful and quick to reply to emails and jump on a call. Would highly recommend.

I used this app to set up appointments for open play in my store. The best reservation app for Shopify. We've tried several others and this is the best laid out, manageable and updated one by far.

I used this app to enable my customers to make a booking 24/7 whenever they wanted to, rather than having to ring us during our opening hours. It's helped increase bookings drastically because unsurprisingly most bookings come in between 9pm-11pm - I would imagine as customers go to bed and realise they 'should've done this' during the day. It's really easy to use & their support responds instantly if you do have any queries.

I was using the app very successfully and then had problems where the appointments on Google Calendar were no longer being blocked from the appointment schedule. I brought the problem to Ray in support. He worked with me over several days until we were able to find the issue. Ray's commitment to customer service goes far and beyond normal. I can't thank him enough for his help and support!!!!

Using this app on our website which is great but unfortunately I was having trouble with changing the time. Asked for help via the Easy Appointment Booking App & was fixed, with great instructions, in no time. Thank you for the quick response & app is great.

This app allowed for seamless integration of booking appointments on my website. The process of creating events was very easy and my customers are able to book appointments with no problems.

The team of developers behind this app is very responsive and helpful! I reached out with a request to make a tool screen reader accessible, and they added this to their list of priority items and should have the fix completed within a couple of weeks at the most.

I am very happy with this app! Ray was amazing - Got back to me right away and helped me get things set up. He went above and beyond! The app has notifications when a booking is made and automated email confirmations that you can edit to suit your needs. Thank you Ray!

No complaints so far, I am using the free version but hope I will need to upgrade to the paid version soon!
