So far so good, easy to install, clear instructions on how to use it, and user-friendly. Even the free plan is great for now.

We have been setting up appointments back and forth by email so appointment setting has already saved time in the 2 days we've been using it. I had two minor issues while setting up but got quick personal attention, even on off hours sometimes. They were remedied faster than expected with no follow up. Highly recommended.

I use this app to accept bookings for classes we hold at our wellness studio. It provides flexibility for events that happen once a month or several times a day. I'm really happy with the fact that there's an option to customize confirmation, reminder and thank you e-mails. Most of all I appreciate the level of customer service. I'm really really happy I've chosen to work with this particular app for what we're doing because the design is great, it's easy enough to use and the price is really reasonable. Thank you to the Servicify team!

Ran into some problems with setting up the app but the staff were excellent. Sorted my problem right away and were very helpful. The app is great too.

A great booking app that intergrated wonderfully with my shopify store. Unfortunetally my services changed direction and I needed another software that could support group classes. Customer Service was incredible and a particual shout out to Ray his quick responses and solutions.
Sorry the app couldn't work out for you - thank you for trying us out! We are investigating how a multiple sequence of classes feature would work and will be sure to send you a note once we have something :)

This app has been a total game changer for us! We've seen an uptick in booked events since implementation and the team at Servicify has been 10 out of 10 responsive and helpful during our launch of the app. Very satisfied :)

Just started using this app, everything looks great so far! I especially like the feature for custom questions. We haven't upgraded yet, but plan to if everything starts off smoothly

This app is very straight-forward and user friendly. It took a few adjustments to integrate it with our theme but Ray and his team were very responsive and able to help us quickly.

The App works really good, it’s an amazing feature for my Onlineshop! The Support team is amazing, they solved my problem and fixed something I did not even recognize as a problem, so they are really trying to give us the best user experience! Can only recommend!

The customer service is amazing and quick. We had a fairly complex events model and the team helped set up and configure in an efficient and friendly way. Nothing was too much trouble. The app works flawlessly, has everything you would need and more and after testing several other apps was head and shoulders above the competition both in ease of use and features. We would highly recommend it to anyone requiring a scheduling feature.

I had an issue, that was my fault, and I couldn’t figure out how to fix it. But customer service, specifically Ray helped me and everything got fixed. Overall I am enjoying this app!

A very great and easy to use app that has helped us handle our customer bookings! Only downside is that we cannot do multi day events but found a workaround until that feature is released!

Great customer service, and great features. I did a lot of research and this event app has the most features built in and has considered every single type of event in its design. They are also open to custom work if you can't yet find something automated on their app. Also, very affordable , too!
