The app is user friendly and great customer service when assistance is needed! I use this app to set appointments for clients, send automated reminder emails, and establish days off.

The service you receive while using this app is AMAZING! The app is easy to use but if you have any questions, I was connected directly to one of the co-founders who has out of their way to help me & make sure it was working perfectly for me. Highly recommend!

good so far simple app for a simple task. Needed customers to be able to book appointments for a new service. Simple and quick solution. Upgrade features will come in handy as our service grows.

Used the app to schedule sales meetings with clients. They have been very adaptive to our needs and continue to develop the app further for more customization and a better user experience.

I just start using the app, it is amazing! It is so EASY to use, My clients receive automatic emails soon as they are booked and I do not have to be worried with bookings anymore. I totally love the custom email designs. Could not be more satisfied with the app, congrats! *****

I have tried other appointment apps and found them a challenge. So glad that I waited until Easy Appointment Booking was developed. I was able to set up two different products with differing appointment styles and it worked beautifully -- after a little assist from Customer Support/Raheem. Now that I have the hang of it, I can move along as new opportunities arrive. Assist from Customer Support was fantastic; helpful without being condescending. An update on the above comments -- have now been running for over a month. Customer support is fantastic. I had to block off a weekend (finally, time for myself) and it was very intuitive to show unavailability. Great App and Great Support.

Still setting up, but it has been an easy process as the support has been great and very responsive. The over all communication i think sets these guys apart. very thorough and helpful and willing to go the extra mile to meet even the most specific requests.

I used this app to help with online reservations for my restaurant. Customers were able to choose a date and time when they wanted to dine. This is a very beneficial app to use! Customer service was 100% and answered any of my questions almost immediately. So happy I chose Easy Appointment Booking for my Shopify website.

Well the support..... Keep getting error "Hmmm, we're having a hard time grabbing the schedule. Please try refreshing the page" and asked support for help, well after 5 days there is still nothing happened. Too bad, it looked like a simple but good app.

This app is great. It is easy to setup and use and has all of the functionality that you need for a booking process. All of my questions were answered promptly and effectively. I is a simply way to create an event and have a person book and pay for it, even if the event, like and appointment, is free. I highly recommend this app.

We installed this app when Covid struck and we needed to create appointments for some of the activities that we conduct in our store. It has been very helpful and the people behind the scenes for Servicify have been great to work with to make improvements within the functionality of the software. We have now expanded how we use this and it is working very well.

This app filled a missing need for our business. There are not many applications that cater to service businesses on Shopify. It was easy to use, and we got set up in minutes. Also, the support was amazing! Responsiveness was within minutes.
