The Appointo app is okay. I'm finding a lot of limitations and seem to always have to upgrade. My chat help has been fantastic though. Everytime I contact them they are quick to answer and solve my issues. They are always pleasant. I just had a great conversation with Karan. He was very helpful.

Karan, a staff from Appointment guided me via online chat, as I was facing issues with bookings and appoiments and it was resolve within less then an hour.

I’ve been using this booking app for my Shopify store, and I’m really impressed! The setup was a breeze, and it makes managing appointments so much easier. The best part, though, is the customer support—they’ve been fantastic. Super responsive and genuinely helpful whenever I’ve had a question. It’s made a big difference in keeping things organized. Highly recommend it! Special Thanks to MR KARAN and MUKUL for assisting me setup everything , even my emails are going to inbox right now im very very very very happy because i will finally be able to book appointements online for my clients . Contrary to what is written in the app description, this app is not compatible with the Japanese language. While the Japanese translation is surprisingly good, the currency format and the date and time format in the email notifications cannot be changed to the Japanese standard. This limitation renders the app unusable for any merchant wanting to operate in the Japanese market - or East Asian market, for that matter. It's a significant flaw in an otherwise excellent app.
