I've launched workshops for my business, and this app is working great for getting bookings. I had something I wanted updated (from the default), and they made the update on the backend the same day I requested it. The only thing I wish could change is that if you enable people to join a waitlist, your customers get charged right away - evidently this is because of something on the Shopify checkout process, so can't be changed (at least not with my lack of IT skills). Overall though, it's pretty easy to use once you get through your first one and figure it all out.

If you are looking for an all encompassing easy booking system you have come to the right place. As an absolute computer geek I was able to implement most of it myself and if I didn't succeed I could put in an online call just a 30 min later. They took over my screen and at 5 min everything was fine. My booking app turned out to be too small and the person from App ointo immediately suggested himself to adjust this incl my branding colors. So they really think along and adjust where needed. There are also a lot of features in it like workflows, notifications,change language,.... In short, a booking system that includes everything with top service and for free!

The Ointo appointment booking app was super easy to set up. I got stuck adding the page to my shop, but my rep, Shubhankar, helped me right away through Google Meet and as a collaborator. It turns out I had hidden my "Pages" section by accident! Great support—can’t wait to use this app for my business.

I love working with this company. Very communicative and will assist anyway they can. Their app is user friendly and easy to use. They work very hard to give the best customer service. I love them and highly recommend them!

Simple to set up, fully answers my need while launching my store. Support is kind and efficient. A must-have for anyone looking for a free yet complete enough booking tool
