There are glitches every month or two. The support is not helpful and they take hours to answer and don’t bother even reading your messages. I regret using them. Especially for the high price. They have some good features (when they work) but there are TONS of draw backs. The most frustrating is the constant problems my staff faces with their dashboard and double bookings which lead to client frustrations. Extremely inconsistent performance. This app might be good if you don’t have high volume nor need more than basic functionality.

This application is fantastic — I love it! The team is incredibly helpful and responsive. Karan went above and beyond to adapt the app to fit my specific needs. I started using it in its early stages and remain a loyal customer to this day. When I first joined, I had one shop offering services in a single cabin. Today, I’m opening a second location with two cabins and a wider range of treatments — and the app continues to perform flawlessly. I couldn’t recommend it more!

Appointo is new to me, and I found it intuitive and quick to setup. Where I had some issues with slight variances in my system setup, Karan hopped on a call and fixed all my queries in a live call. Great customer service. You are able to edit many things on the app. Some things still need to be automated so that the person using the app can edit these things by himself. One thing the app lacks is the way it doesn't carry surge priced items, if a customer wants to buy another thing.

The app is exactly what I was looking for, and the support team is incredibly helpful and very responsive. Highly recommended!

The Appointo app is okay. I'm finding a lot of limitations and seem to always have to upgrade. My chat help has been fantastic though. Everytime I contact them they are quick to answer and solve my issues. They are always pleasant. I just had a great conversation with Karan. He was very helpful.
